Our Lake View Cottage is in A Beautiful Private Setting On Lake Ontario. Spectacular Views Of The Lake From Our Yard And Inside The Cottage.

A clean, maintained, lake front and beautiful view.
No direct beach access from the property.
The cottage in a quiet setting with a fantastic view of Lake Ontario and even a view of Toronto from across the lake on a clear day.
Nearby Attractions:
Niagara Falls, Lewiston, Youngstown New York and Niagara Falls Canada and all the attractions they have to offer.
Close to New York State Parks, Camping, Beaches, Fishing and Public Boat Launches.
Close to Niagara University and SUNY Niagara and Buffalo, NY Colleges.
Located in one of the best and most popular trout and salmon sport fishing areas in America.
Porter Center Town Park- 1 mile down the road offers picnic areas, fishing, beachfront and boat launch area.

We acquired this small , humble, cottage property two decades ago . It quickly became the extended family summer place . Many memories are made here over the years.
