Welcome to your beachside escape in the heart of Rio del Mar! Just a short stroll to the sand, this bright and beautifully updated home is the ideal spot to relax and unwind. Park once and enjoy easy walking access to local favorites like the beloved Pixie Deli and the new Venus restaurant and coffee shop.

Take in stunning sunset views from the rooftop deck while enjoying dinner or drinks with friends and family. The kitchen is equipped with sleek stone countertops and stainless steel appliances, making it easy to cook at home if you wish. You'll love the airy layout, complete with high open-beam ceilings, newer windows that let the light pour in, and rich wood flooring throughout the main living areas.

A cozy deck off the living room invites you to relax with peekaboo ocean views. Downstairs, two comfortable bedrooms and a full bath provide restful accommodations, with one room opening onto a private lower patio. Upstairs, the spacious primary bedroom sits just off the main living area, offering a quiet and inviting retreat.

Whether you're exploring the redwood trails of Nisene Marks, browsing the shops and cafes in Aptos Village, or spending your days on the beach, everything you need is just minutes away.

Family Fun Just Steps from the OceanWe had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, and everything worked perfectly. The location is unbeatable—just a two-minute walk to Rio Del Mar Beach. The hosts provided great beach amenities that made our time by the ocean so easy and enjoyable.The restaurant around the corner was wonderful and fit all eight of us, including four kids, with no problem. We also loved how convenient the location was, with quick access to shopping and the freeway.This rental was the perfect size for our group. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

Great location. Cozy furnishings, top deck fire pit, deck off dining area, and indoor fireplace. Made it easy for beach week with grandkids. Only negatives are the road is very busy with folks going too fast. Internet was slow and garage is a tight in and out

Great Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is just 2 short blocks from the beach. It was very clean and comfortable. It's convenient the property management office was across the street and Lisa was accessible.
