Please note that there is a built-in elevator railing at ankle length running up the stairs to access the upstairs (living room/kitchen/2 bedrooms/bathroom) that poses a tripping hazzard.  (This was previously used for infirm owners).  Please be careful when using the stairs and mindful of children.



Guest Access:

Please note that the downstairs unit is rented to a full time tenant and they have 2 dedicated parking spots.

Only one off street parking spot is available to our vacationing guests.
