Unwind at our modern beach house near everything Gulfport & St Pete have to offer! This fully updated house is centrally located on the border of Gulfport & Saint Petersburg. Just over 1/2 mile away, head to downtown Gulfport with its variety of restaurants, bars, breweries, coffee shops & boutiques. Gulfport's public beach is just a mile down the road, and other St Pete Beaches are a short car ride away. Don’t miss other nearby attractions like the St. Pete Pier and Dali Museum. This house is perfect for a couple's getaway or a fun family vacation!

This property features a brand-new King-sized bed in the main bedroom and a Queen-sized bed in the other, and the sofa bed in the sunroom also has a new mattress (4' memory foam) — perfect for the kids!

It also offers an open-concept living room and dining area, as well as a kitchen with counter seating.

The kitchen has a full-size fridge/freezer with an ice maker, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, and an oven/stove. We also provide a toaster, cooktop griddle, blender, full-size coffee maker, and countertop Keurig. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, Pyrex, dishes, cooking utensils, and everything else you'll need for your stay!

Our house is baby-friendly and includes a mini crib with a 3" mattress upon request. We also have an Ingenuity booster seat that attaches to the dining chairs, baby dishware + utensils, blackout shades, sound machines in each bedroom, baby books, sand toys, puddle jumper lifejackets, and more!

Six beach chairs and a beach umbrella are in the garage to take the hassle out of your beach days!

At the end of your day, enjoy drinks or dinner outside on your patio. Palm trees create a tropical oasis around the dining table, or you can relax in the Adirondack chairs and take a dip in the above-ground plunge pool (please note that the pool has a solar cover but is not heated).
