It was nice that we could walk into town to shop for gifts and grab a bite. The variety of restaurants was excellent. I also want to give kudos to Jimmy for suppling a great sound system at the pool. Maybe some bikes built for short girls.

The property is well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood yet a great location easily walkable to restaurants and shops. The pool is beautiful, clean, and private. Very comfortable for a family.

Perfect for a family getaway

The pool was absolutely perfect for me and my kids, they were in it the majority of our stay. Everything inside was clean and tidy, wonderful layout. The host was very prompt with responses and offered suggestions on the area. We had a really great time there.

Great stay in a great house from a great host.

First off, the star of the show is tightly contested, is it the relaxing cozy pool, the amenities provided (beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, grill, etc.), or the host who is undoubtedly the nicest, easiest to deal with, and most responsive host you’ll find. Our stay was easy, comfortable and memorable. Will definitely be recommending this wonderful spot to friends and family alike. (As long as we aren’t plotting to book it again for ourselves)

Amazing stay and host in Gulfport

Lovely duplex with all the amenities you need. Fantastic pool, bicycles, proximity to restaurants and shops. Amazing host, very responsive and flexible. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation.

It’s perfect

This was the second time we stayed there. It is a beautiful place and extremely comfortable. The pool is a delightful place to spend time after a long day out and the host has always given us great restaurant recommendations and quick to communicate and assist.

Cute house, loved the pool area

We come to Gulfport often. This was the first time we rented this house. Walking distance to all the great restaurants etc. We especially enjoyed the pool after a day at St Pete Beach (only about 6 miles away).

Great Home in a Great Neighborhood

Jimmy was very communicative leading up to the stay detailing check-in/out procedures. The home is gorgeous, and the pool is top notch. Close to everything Gulfport has to offer. Only 15 minutes to Downtown St. Pete, St. Pete Beach, and 20 from Fort De Soto. We love Gulfport, and will definitely hope this home is available during our next visit.

Great Location, Quaint Accommodations with Nice Pool

We wanted to check out this part of St. Pete and this was a perfect place to stay. Walking distance to local restaurants and coffee shops, close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and the house is very cute! Pool and private patio were nice as well.

Fantastic stay

We all really enjoyed staying at this property. It’s within walking distance to so much fun activities. The pool was great. We loved the sound system in the pool area. Jimmy was a great host and stayed in touch throughout our stay to be sure we had everything we needed. I’d love to stay here again in the future!

We very much enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. Everything was as pictured, apartment well equipped, owner helpful / good comms, and neighborhood was a delight with easy walk to restaurants and beach parks.

Steps Away

Property was very clean, well taken care of, and comfortable. Host made himself readily available through text. Location of home a bonus. It is within walking distance from downtown eateries, shops and the beach! Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful also.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!

From the moment we got to Florida, we were ready for sunshine and relaxation! Sunny Days did not disappoint. It’s the perfect electric atmosphere for a romantic weekend by the pool and hanging out. Plus the location is spot on to walk and see the sights and restaurants in Gulfport!

Great property and location

Jimmy is great! The pool is bigger than what it looks on the picture so that was a pleasant surprise. The location is awesome as well since all the nice beaches are within 10-25 minutes of driving. He also has a binder with all the local nearby restaurants and menus. Great stay and will definitely do it again!

So cozy and great location!

I loved “sunny days”. It is such a cozy and cool place to stay. You cannot beat the location. My only problem at all was sharing the one bathroom with my daughter.Ha

Great location and communication with the host

the pool, location and communication were all great. It was nice for what we needed but it was a bit of a small rental for 4 adults. the bikes, pool accessories and furniture could definitely use some updating.

The home was purchased originally for the two lots but quickly became a personal quest to pay homage to my grandparents who moved to Gulfport after after WW11.
