Our Residence is a 8 bedroom 4 bath Diamond Ranch style home located on almost a 1/2 acre of land with private entry, Oasis Outdoor Pool and Heated 10 Person Hot Spa.

The Main House features an open floor plan with a large kitchen including spacious countertops and stainless steel appliances, extended dining room, formal living room and all with hardwood floors throughout. Extended Seating Lounge area and Coffee Station.

The kitchen will have multiple cooking areas, Large Barn Sink, Full Refrigerator/Freezer, Dual Microwaves, Large Stainless Steel Oven & Stove, and Cooking Utensils for every stay. Cooking Seasonings are available with additional optional grocery delivery services.

Coffee Station will have Drip Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, and Espresso Machine for every morning delight!

Main Living Space will have a large 65in Roku Smart TV with connections to Roku Channels and Hulu Streaming Services. HDMi cables available for request.

The Master Owner's Suite is located on the Main Home featuring a large closet, step-in shower and full bathroom. Dual Sinks with Hair Dryers available for every stay.

There are 3 additional King Guest Bedrooms that share a full bath as well as another full bath on this floor. All located in the Main Home.

Studio Generational Suite is a gu has its own entrance from the outside along with its own kitchenette/bar area perfect for entertaining guests or staying in at night Our generational suite is located adjoining the main house with access to the pool area and has its own private entrance from inside out as well as from outside in through our courtyard area. It features 2 bedrooms (King Bedroom/ Dual Queen Bedroom) with their own Full Bathroom making it perfect for guests or extended families visiting during the holidays. 65in TV is available in the lounge space. Mini Refrigerator and Laundry is available in the Suite.

Our Honeymoon Casita is located alongside the main house with access to the pool area and has its own private entrance from outside through our courtyard area. It features 2 Guest Bedrooms (King/ Dual Queen) with their own bathroom making it perfect for extended multi-generational families or private groups. Full Kitchen with Refrigerator/Freezer, Gas Oven/Stove, and Laundry available. Full Patio area available overlooking the Pool/Spa and BBQ area.

Outdoor Spa and Pool Available Year Round. Hot Spa is included in every stay. Heated Pool Options are available. 48hrs notice for Pool Heating is required.

Spacious Driveway for all your private and convenient traveling needs. Spaces for 6 Compact Vehicles or 2 Larger Trailer parking spaces are available. No available street parking. Garage Space available for 2 vehicles. A total of 6 Vehicles spaces available per registration.
The Residence is completely used for the tranquility of each occupancy only. Private Entry with Secured and Fast Wi-Fi for every stay. All details for your complete privacy will be provided at arrival for your convenience.

Only Registered Occupants are allowed to use the property. Any Occupancy or House Rules violations will terminate the stay without refund and any additional fees associated with the violation.

Starter Pack Essentials are included with all itineraries. This will include Travel Size Shampoo/Conditioners, Soaps, Dish Soaps and Trash Bags.

Cooking Essential including Salt/Pepper, Cooking Oils and Seasonings are available per request and as part of a Grocery Delivery Service option. Please send us a message for more details on Grocery Delivery services.

Check-In Time is after 4pm-12am
Checkout Time is before 10am

Quiet Hours are from 9pm-8am. All pool equipment will shut down after 9pm. Please see listed House Rules for more details and fees.

Breakfast, Transportation and Grocery Pick up services are provided at additional fees.

Seasonal Pool Heating Service Fees:
Winter Season (November- February): There is a $250 Startup Fee (1st Day) and $100/Day (Days following) Utility Heating Service Fee for optional Pool Heating. 48hrs Notice is required to request Heating
Summer Season (March-October):
There is a $100/Day Utility Heating Service Fee for optional Pool Heating. 48hr Notice is required to request Heating.
Outdoor Spa Heating is included in the stay. Available all year long.

BBQ Grill is available for your request. Propane is not available. All guests will be responsible to do their own exchange propane rate. Additional fees do apply for delivered new propane tanks.

This sets out the rights and responsibilities of each member/owner. When you schedule the use of the property, prior to any use of the property you must be assigned a membership/ownership interest in the property through the LLC, thus you will become a member of the LLC with a right to use the property. This online platform is utilized because there are many members. We use this online platform/portal for scheduling and booking of this property on a first come first serve basis. We are consistently looking to attract new members to help offset the common expenses to maintain the property. This property can only be used by members of the LLC only.
The Operating Agreement of the LLC is the governing document. And the features and policies represented in this portal are not necessarily the correct policies.
