Backyard Pool Paradise

The backyard pool was so much fun, it was difficult to get the kids out to go experience the rest of Las Vegas. The large house provided lots of space for our group to spread out and relax. Every person raved about how great the beds were. The proximity to The Strip was also very convenient. This property set a standard that will be very difficult for us to find anywhere else.

Reunion

Beautiful pool and great party vibe. Very dirty and non functioning appliances, including water purification, ice maker, toilets, garbage disposal- all not working. Bedrooms were clean. Beds were soft. I would describe it as an old, outdated, dirty, large party house.

As someone who travels frequently for both business and pleasure, I stay in alot of hotels and short term rental properties. My experience with Total Max Homes through VRBO will go down as one of my all time favorites! When our initial reservation in the O&O mansion was cancelled due to a glitch in the vrbo system- Gary and his crew jumped into action and was ready to rebook us in the C&C mansion before I was even made aware of the issue. All I can say is that the pictures don't do either of these properties justice. The houses are immaculate inside and outside and everything is beyond the descriptions - there were so many cool things in the house that wasn't even mentioned or shown in pictures like bidets in the bathrooms, security gates that require codes to enter the property, multiple outdoor fire tables, and an abundance of indoor and outdoor seating - I could go on and on. I found the host team to be incredibly quick to respond with any questions or needs...Id give them 100 stars if I could. My only complaint is that Total Max Homes isn't nationwide because I'd definitely rent my short term rentals exclusively with them if they were!

Amazing!

We had my mom's 80th birthday party and family reunion at this property and we had an amazing time. The house was perfect for our family (12 total). Everyone loved the house! The house is very large with multiple family rooms to spread out. Beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this house for any family. The backyard sitting area and pool were amazing. We spent most of our time around the pool even with it being 110 degrees outside. There was plenty of shade and the pool water was cold and refreshing. The kitchen had everything - very large! We hired Kelly (instagram page @kellyscuisinelasvegas) to make dinner for the group and she was amazing. My family loved her and the food was perfect and yummy. Brooke was also amazing. Check in was easy and communication from start to finish was great. I can go on and on. Thank you!

Absolutely Outstanding

The O&O Mansion is the most amazing house we’ve ever stayed in - anywhere. Pristine clean. Two huge living rooms. Dining table that sat nine of us. Massive kitchen. Balconies off a few of the bedrooms. Eight or more different places to sit and relax out in the yard and by the pool. The grill and outdoor cooking space was very large and clean. Brooke was the most attentive host we’ve ever had. Totalmax Homes truly wanted us to have the best Vegas lodging experience ever – and they absolutely delivered.

Very Nice Stay!

Great, huge house with an awesome outdoor area. We had three families of 4 and still had plenty of room. The best part is the backyard with a big pool/grotto/waterslide/hot tub area and we also took advantage of the karaoke room! Brooke, the property manager, was super helpful and extremely responsive to anything we needed! Good times!!

Our Family Trip

We had a fantastic time in this property. The house it’s self is huge and it’s perfect for a large family. The communication and check in process was a breeze and the manager was always available if we had any questions. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely come back again.

Wedding

The property manager was great at responding to all the issues we had. Started with pool heater not working, one the twin beds broke when sat on(it had been repaired several times when we looked at it) ceiling fan in master needed a new battery in the remote, hot water wasn’t turned on for the whole house, we figured that out and then hot water upstairs didn’t work, plug for three water heater wasn’t plugged in , no extra trash bags, but the property manager did respond quickly and took care of all the continual issues. House was nice, location isn’t the best but still worked.
