Great place! Perfect for couples!

We really enjoyed this property. Nice size space for 2 people. Property was clean and staff was exceptionally nice and helpful! Only issue was the lawn chair on the balcony had a crack in it. Thank you for a great stay!

Love Orange Beach

Beach Getaway

Great view from the balcony. Multiple restaurants across the street. Good location, close to grocery stores and attractions. When we come back we will check availability for this condo and complex first.

Great location

Great location, beautiful place. The dishwasher did not work and there was a leak under the kitchen sink.I told the service desk as soon as we got there Sunday night. We left Friday morning as was still not fixed.

Gross

The shower was full of dark hair. The bathroom was absolutely not cleaned. This location truly needs updates for the amount of money that was paid. I will not stay here again. The fact that it wasn't clean negated the beautiful view. This experience really let me down.

Great 14th floor view!!

The condo's size was perfect for a couple. The view was awesome and the property was well maintained. However I have stayed at the Phoenix III before and was very pleased. This condo was a little disappointing. It clearly had been cleaned but only a surface level clean. The condo needed to be "deep" cleaned and some touchup work done i.e. walls wiped down, baseboards wiped down and/or repainted. The worst to me was the top freezer had rust stains on the rack and there was rust on the side of it. The other thing was the ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work. We did not do a work order because we had heard from others that it would not be taken care of. I probably would not have noticed any deep cleaning that needed to be done had it not been for the ceiling fan blades being full of dust.
