Wonderful Stay

Room fixtures and furniture a little dated but comfortable, clean, cozy and a great location with ocean view. Will stay again.

Needs basic updates

I read the reviews that stated the unit was in need of updates but I was still surprised that an ocean front unit would rent with 1. broken blinds/window coverings preventing the ocean view from inside, 2. 2/3 patio chairs broken and 3. Mold/mildew in the shower. Will not stay again.

Needs updating

The condo could use a remodel. There was a peculiar smell, standing water in tub while showering in both bathrooms. The master bedroom blinds did not work, one chair was broken and stained, the couch was not comfortable and seemed dirty, my two year old found a unopened liquor shot somewhere around the couch, my wife found a half liter or rum in the bedroom, the master bedRoom mattress has a major dip in the middle, ice maker did not work, and the air conditioner went out on the fourth night and we had to relocate to another condo. There was easy access to the beach, our daughter enjoyed the kiddie pool, and the condo is in an overall good location for eating out and activities.
