Welcome to Seaside Beach & Racquet 1210, a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offering the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm in Orange Beach. Whether you're planning a family vacation, couples retreat, or beach getaway with friends, this inviting condo provides the ideal home base for enjoying everything the Alabama Gulf Coast has to offer.

Step inside to discover a bright and spacious living area designed for relaxation and gathering. Large glass doors fill the space with natural light and lead directly to the private balcony, creating a seamless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor coastal living. Just beyond the living area, the private balcony offers the perfect place to enjoy the refreshing Gulf breeze.

The Primary suite provides a peaceful retreat with comfortable accommodations and a private en-suite bathroom designed for relaxation and convenience. The guest bedroom offers additional space for family and friends, while the thoughtful layout ensures comfort and privacy for everyone throughout their stay.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware and essentials needed to prepare meals with ease. The adjacent dining area provides a welcoming place to gather for breakfast before a beach day or enjoy dinner together after exploring the local area.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

The house was fully equipped and very clean and just as described. There was plenty of things in the kitchen to utilize just a couple things to remember you’re gonna need coffee filters and some paper products. Great communication from the property as well.

Perfect condo for a quick beach getaway. You can see a part of the beach from the balcony. Very spacious and clean. My only complaint is the mattress on the pull out couch is very thin but everything else was wonderful. Would stay again but would use an air mattress for other guests instead of couch. The kids loved the pools.
