Near Downtown Guest Studio

Summary:

Small Cozy Guest house, great location if you are visiting downtown San Antonio River walk. It is within 3 mile distance, a short Uber ride anywhere in town including Fort Sam Houston. San Antonio is one of the oldest cities in the U.S with no doubt very beautiful. A lot of the neighborhoods surrounding downtown are not fully developed, there is a lot of restoration going on. If you are looking into staying a more modern/new area, this might not be what your are looking for. Great price/location



The Space:

Please note this is a VERY small space but has all the amenities of a regular size home including access to washer and dryer. If your expecting to stay in a BIG property this might not be what your looking for we created this nice cozy space with all essentials at a very affordable price.



The Neighborhood:

We are very close to the river walk, a very short Uber/lyft drive. Approximately 2.5 miles from the riverwalk and main attractions This is an upcoming neighborhood so it is not the prettiest it is still in transition and changing. It is in a great location as far as central is concerned 2-3 miles or so from main attractions Pearl etc...

> Also, please be advised that we take great pride in maintaining the appearance of our homes and we do have a weekly lawn maintenance scheduled.

Interaction with Guests:
