Entire house for up to 18 people which consist from five apartments, 6 bathrooms, 7 bedrooms, 5 terraces, BBQ place, 4 parking spots. Nearest beach is 40 meters away. 1st floor, 2nd floor and the attic. Ideal for large group of friends and families.

- Security deposit of €500 must be paid at check-in in cash.
- Washing machine available only at request.
- We rent apartments separately, so act fast and book entire house now.

The space:
House consist from 5 apartments: two on the 1st floor, one large on the 2nd floor and two in the attic.

Attic:
Apartment 1: Kitchen, living/dining room with sofa for one person, bedroom with one king bed and one single bed, bathroom and terrace with magnificent view.
60 m2.

Studio apartment: kitchen, living/dining room with sofa for one person and king bed, bathroom. Lovely view from the window in the living room.
50 m2. Additional king bed is available it the hall in the attic.

2nd floor:
One large apartment: living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, second vast dining room with long balcony and wonderful sea view. Three additional accommodations are available on two large sofas.
150 m2.

1st floor:
Apartment 1: kitchen with dining room, living room with sofa for two persons, bedroom with one king bed and one two single beds, bathroom and terrace. 70 m2

Apartment 2: kitchen with small dining room, bathroom, bedroom with king size bed and terrace. 50 m2

Family holiday

We had a wonderful time as a group of 16, there was space for alone time and plenty of space to get together. The owner was very helpful and organised the transport from the airport to the residence. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the sea.

Perfect for a big family getaway

We stayed eight days at this villa with extended family from the United States, Romania, and the UK. It was very spacious and accommodated all of us very well. Tonci and Lubita were very welcoming and friendly, and had great suggestions on what to check out in the area. We had an issue with a car repair and Lubita was very helpful in getting us in touch with a good garage to have it fixed. The outdoor patio under the fig tree with the grill was perfect for evenings. The view from the balcony is tremendous. Also, there were some very beautiful spots to swim in the sea just down the steps from the villa. Having individual rooms for everyone as well as a lot of common areas also was nice - you could have all the privacy you need or join in with everyone whenever you choose. All in all a great place run by some super people !

Jag och min familj hade en underbar vecka på Brac och är supernöjda med huset vi bodde i. Bra mottagande och visning av hela huset. En dam kom varje dag och behövde vi något så fick vi det. Kan varmt rekommendera detta ställe. Tack Tonci

Vista meravigliosa, tutto bene ma...

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa in 21, componenti di 6 famiglie di amici, per 8 giorni. Abbiamo apprezzato principalmente la posizione, con vista mozzafiato, e gli ampi spazi che consentono un buon livello di comfort e di privacy anche per gruppi numerosi come il nostro. La vicinanza dal mare, stupendo in questo angolo dell'isola, ha reso il tutto piú gradevole e confortevole. Soddisfatti in generale per la casa, anche se l'unico appartamento ben rifinito è quello del piano centrale.Considerati l'ubicazione ed il contesto top, riteniamo opportuno evidenziare, punto di debolezza evitabilissimo, la richiesta finale di 50€ trattenuti dal deposito cauzionale per un danno ad una sedia probabilmente già indebolita dagli anni..... peccato:-)!

Nice quiet place

We were 18 family members from the US and Norway, and we were fortunate enough to spend two weeks at this wonderful property. The house is divided into apartments, which worked very well for our families. Every family had there own private apartments, but we would all spend time together by the large BBQ or on the panoramic view deck. Pavla was a wonderful host and went out of her way to make our stay memorable. Place was spotless and had everything we needed. Any concerns were taken care of promptly. Would highly recommend this property if you're looking for a more quiet (not city and shopping in Sumartin) vacation for a large group. We loved it.
