Our Croatia family vacation

The property is very nice and close to beautiful beaches and old towns. The hostesses were really nice and attentive to our necessities. I highly recommend this villa for family vacations. It is nicely equipped, comfortable and located in a very beautiful area

Srdjan fantastic host

Srdjan made us feel very welcome at arrival, was always on call but gave us privacy. The area is beautiful with lots of activities for families. Facilities at house are superb.

We loved it!

We stayed at Villa Krnic with a large group in the summer. Everything was excellent! The grounds, the pool, the hot tub, the rooms - everything was great. Srdjan and the Krnic family are great and courteous hosts. All adults and children felt very comfortable and are very grateful for everything. We can highly recommend this property!

Perfect place for large groups

I took a group of clients to Srdjan’s place for a retreat. There were 12 of us and the place gave us plenty of room and lots of entertainment on the days we weren’t going on adventures. If you enjoy being unplugged and away from the crowds, this is perfect. Not far from the stunningly beautiful Cetina River Canyon and 15-20mins to the sea.

The property was perfect for our group (27 in total - 14 children from 6 to 11 and 13 adults). The outside space is wonderful...you never feel on top of each other and the kareoke and sports room was a massive hit. It is in a fabulous location with amazing views and the host and his wife were so lovely...food and wine on arrival and home cooked baklava during our stay. They arrange a traditional takeaway one evening which was really lovely too. We would hoghly recommend staying here.The only comment that is slightly negative is that the property could do with more crockery and kitchen items - there are not enough mugs and glasses for the people in the house and the kitchen contents are not as good as other large villas we have been to. The ice machines however were great! Thank you for an amazing time and all your efforts

Fantastic find, with the best pool ever!!!!

Great size villa for a large group, plenty of space and had everything we needed. Pool was fabulous and provided endless entertainment for the kids and adults alike!!! The games room was superb… even if the signing wasn’t!! Owners could not have been more friendly or helpful, acting quickly with any questions we had and even baking us delicious Croatian desert!! Ideal location to explore from… we loved the little coastal towns and exhilarating white water rafting down the Cetina river. Will definitely return to Croatia!!! Thanks

Probably the best all-around holiday experience ever

Srdjan was extremely welcoming and easy going and even let us check in a bit earlier. After showing us around the property we snacked from the welcoming plate and enjoyed the wine he left for us. The following week we celebrated our graduation and enjoyed the beauty of this place. The amenities offered are nearly endless: huge pool, whirlpool, sauna, party room with billiard, table soccer, karaoke, two grills, outdoor beamer, trampoline and the list goes on! Occasionally Srdjan would visit us and check in with us which was really nice. One day we woke up to two freshly baked apple pies in our kitchen! We wanted to visit Makarska so he organised us a taxi to Makarska and back. Besides that some of us had trouble getting a cab to Split to catch the bus back home so he drove them! It was a truly fantastic experience and after the first few days we knew we would like to visit Villa Krnic again. I would absolutely recommend staying here. It was a nice, clean, hassle-free and unforgettable vacation we had and we truly wish everyone involved the best.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe im Ferienhaus und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Für Kinder gibt es viele Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen. Srdjan war sehr nett und hat uns z.B. an einem Tag Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten gebracht, an einem anderen Tag selbst gemachten Strudel. Er war erreichbar und hat sich bei Anliegen gleich gekümmert.

Villa au top

La villa offre tout le confort d’un club de vacances (piscine, billard, karaoke, jacuzzi, trampoline, Ping Pong …) mais de manière privatisée ! Nous étions 26 et chacun a pu avoir son intimité. Les chambres sont toutes équipées de leur propre salle de bain et sont indépendantes les unes des autres. Le propriétaire est adorable, toujours disponible et très accueillant. Les petits comme les grands ont pu trouver leur place et passer une semaine de vacances au top. Merciii

Traumlage und Tolle Anlage

Aufenhalt für mehrtere Familien super, nette Gastgeber und ein genialer Spieleraum wo alles funktionierte. Leider ging bei und s der Whirpool nicht (elek. Defekt) Das Poolhaus 3 Bett Zimmer war komplett feucht und Muffig. Der Pool wurde die Woche kein einziges mal gereinigt, bei Bäumen in direkter Nachbarschaft + 20 Mietern wäre dies Wünschenswert gewesen. Wo der Besitzer ja direkt neben an Wohnt. Das aber für die Intimität aber kein Problem ist. Verpflegung und Aktivitäten gibt es rings herum. Eine super Anlage, nur leider der letzte Tick hat uns gefehlt.

Das Rundum-sorglos-Paket

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in der Villa Krnić. Sie ließ mit ihrer Ausstattung und der Lage keine Wünsche offen. Srdjan ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber den man jederzeit kontaktieren kann wenn man wegen irgendetwas hilfe benötigt. Dass er nebenan lebt ist ein großer Vorteil. Außerdem wurden wir von ihm mit Leckereien überrascht. Bei der Anreise gab es eine kleine Brotzeit mit lokalen Produkten und zwischendurch wurden wir mit einem selbst gebackenen Kuchen versorgt. Wir können sowohl die Villa als auch Srdjan als Gastgeber ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.

Perfektes Party-und Urlaubshaus!

Wir waren als Klasse mit 27 Leuten auf Abifahrt und ich würde es jedem weiterempfehlen der in einer großen Gruppe reist! Der Pool ist riesig, die Lounge bietet viel Sitzplatz und die Schlafzimmer sind so verteilt, dass alle einen Rückzugsort haben um sich mal zu erholen. Alles war sauber und perfekt ausgestattet und die Vermieter waren so hilfsbereit und freundlich wie man es nur sein kann! Weil das Haus abgelegen ist kann man ungestört bis in die späte Nacht ungestört laut Musik hören und feiern. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Toller Urlaub mit einer großen Gruppe

Wir haben mit einer gemischten Gruppe von 25 Personen das Haus gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Srdjan und seine Mutter sind perfekte und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Sobald etwas nicht funktionierte wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert. Das Objekt und die ruhige Lage sind herrlich. Wir werden nicht das letzte Mal hier gewesen sein.

Fantastic group family holiday

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful property Five families, 10 adults 13 children , it was ideal for our group Fantastic accommodation we particularly enjoyed the entertainment room which was awesome! We certainly got use out of the pool table and karaoke machine! The Olympic size swimming pool was perfect with beautiful panoramic views across to mountains There great outside seating and dining areas which were well thought out and just right for our group The host could not have been more helpful, he was very welcoming, hospitable and on hand the whole time to help if we needed, nothing seemed too much trouble!! The property is in a Rurel location so you will need a car however the beach we visited on three occasions during our week long holiday was only a 25 minute drive along beautiful coastal roads

Un lieu parfait !

Une propriété en tout point conforme aux attentes. Nous étions un groupe familial d'adultes et adolescents et tout le monde a adoré le lieu. Les propriétaires ont été extrèmement prévenants, toujours disponibles et à l'écoute de tout sujet... La maison est parfaite. la piscine sublime et le lieu magnifique... Nous avons apprécié le petit coté isolé du village - mais où tous les magasins et lieux pratiques (marché etc) étaient à 5 minutes... et d'où il est possible d'aller en moins d'une demi heure sur les belles plages de Brela ou du côté d'Omis. L'exploration des grands lieux touristiques est de plus facilité par l'autoroute toute proche qui met la vieille ville de Split à 45 min porte à porte... Nous avons adoré le lieu et ces vacances. Merci à Srdjan pour sa disponibilité et son accueil... Un séjour à refaire dès que possible !

The property is just as the video shows. Rural, quiet location, with large (16x8m) pool. Several different living areas with separate front doors. A very simple, relaxing break in pandemic times. The host was excellent and answered any of our questions. You will need a car, Croatia is to be explored as it's so beautiful. Would recommend for large groups as entertainment and pool very good.

A perfect house for the whole family!

We had a wonderful week in this great house. The weather was wonderful. We are a big family and there was something for everyone to do. You need a car and there are many nice beaches. The owner is very helpful. I recommend everyone to go here.

Amazing place with great hospitality

I could not describe our stay other than amazing, super nice and excellent. We have celebrate our wedding in this villa which thanks to the host family was simply great. The view is stunning, the rooms are huge with plenty of space for everyone. Amazing swimming pool and outdoor area. Restaurants at 5 min drive with home delivery option. Also supermarket in the same area. I would definitely recommend this villa for people who like to have holiday in group. Certainly I will stay again in this place when I'm back to Croatia. The family knows hows to surprise in the morning with a cake and breakfast cookies. Thank you for great experience amazing wedding and wonderful memories.

Fabulous outside space

The pool, jacuzzi and all outside facilities were excellent for our large, mixed age group - all was beautifully lit with its view of the mountains in the evenings. Inside, some shower rooms are cramped and need modernising; one bedroom could not be used as there was a problem with the electrics which tripped through the night. Srdjan called an electrician promptly. We saw the hosts each day and they were very warm, welcoming and helpful. We had a great week - thank you!

Great stay with friends

We stayed with a group of friends ages 5 and upwards. The villa was fantastic, really spacious and great for a large gathering. A car is needed as the villa is in a rural position but ideally located for days out to split, Makarska and the Krca national park. Would thoroughly recommend. We were also very grateful to the owners mother who lives next door. She would regularly pop by with fresh produce from her garden, a cake and freshly made sausage rolls! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Family reunion

Generally we had a great time, even though reality was not as good as the photographs advertising the villa. Th e hosta were cery helpful, the pol was great and the accomodation generally good, though there was a dufference in the standardy of the individual rooms The communal areas were Excellent. There was enough space around the table for our entire Family Group to sit down to a meal together. The kitchen was also very good. We had a very enjoyable week together and would recommend the villa to other groups.

Great villa for a large group with children

23 of us stayed at the end of May, 12 adults and 11 children of varying ages. The property had plenty of space to accommodate us all, inside and out. Some of the rooms were more modern than others, but had everything we could need - and more! The outside space was superb; great for evening meals and socialising, while the children played on the play equipment / trampoline / table tennis etc. Beautiful quiet location, with easy access to the main roads, perfect for exploring the wonderful sights of this part of Croatia. The local town has small supermarkets with most of what we needed. The beaches and coastal towns are only a 20 minute drive away and have a great variety of restaurants. The owners were great hosts. The mother of the house cooked us delicious dishes and would often pop in with vegetables or homemade wine. Any problems we had were dealt with swiftly. We were visited a few times by various cats and even a dog at one point. There is a local market on a Tuesday, which is said to be great, lots of livestock / flowers / food / local crafts but we got rained out! Unfortunately we visited Croatia during the wettest May in 70 years! Despite the weather, we would highly recommend this property

Great family vacation - fantastic property for a group of 22 people from 5 to 71 years old

We had a fantastic vacation using all the great facilities on the property and enjoying the fantastic scenery. The close distance to river rafting, Split, Adriatic sea etc made a very diverse and exiting vacation for all of us and could accommodate all the different wishes of the group (age from 5 to 71 years old). Also a big thanks to the mother of the house who was very kind & helpful during our stay - thank you very much!
