Perfect Location!

I came to sail at the St. Thomas Yacht Club and this is the perfect location. Amy is so nice and responsive. Great stay!

Great little place to stay

Amy was a wonderful hostess, gave me information about the local area, a tour of her beautiful yard and fresh fruit off of her fruit trees. I really enjoyed my time at the home. My apartment was clean and pretty, the stove didn't work but I wasn't home much anyway. Really enjoyed my stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Amy was so friendly and quick to respond to any questions. King size bed was very comfortable. The shower drain needs to be fixed, and if you are six feet tall, be prepared to bend. The washer didn't work, dryer did. Being able to use the shared inground pool was nice. Spectacular views.

Great location. 1 week stay.

Amy was great! The check in process was very easy, and she gave us a tour around her property. She is a great host, even gave us some fruit. The location is perfect. Rented a car and went to several beaches. The room was as described and clean. Washer and dryer convenient. There is also a pool. Kitchen was was another bonus. I would definitely come back to this property. There was two of us. Caribbean Fish Market right near the house. Ate at a lot of good restaurants. Duffys, tap n still, greengos, side st pub, prime. I recommend going to store when you get there for breakfast/snacks. Ocean Safari pizza pi snorkeling was a great excursion with drinks. Thank you Amy for being an awesome host, and I look forward to coming back! Absolutely gorgeous.

Lovely One Bedroom Ocean View

The property is truly lovely. Great drive up appeal. Gated driveway with remote control enter/exit. Lots of flowering bushes and fruit trees. Lighted walkway to lower level apartment. Very comfortable king sized bed. Lots of bedroom windows and sliding door to private patio. Gorgeous sunrise view. There is a nice built in pool. Kitchen has any appliance you may need. We were there in March. We slept very well. Nice breeze constantly. Chose not to use the ac and were very comfortable. We spent six nights. We rented a car for the trip.

A wonderful place to stay

My husband I attended wedding activities at the Ritz-Carlton, so the location was perfect for us! Amy and her family helped us navigate the special areas we needed to visit. The apartment was spotless and attractive. The view every morning and evening was spectacular. I highly recommend this VRBO. Thank you for our stay!

Small space- difficult communication

Small space. Owner said we lied about bringing pets so a sent her a screen shot showing I had disclosed our pets. Hard to understand and communicate with owners. Electrical issues with TV and lights. Uneven stone steps- I fell and broke a bone in my foot. Road to house is busy and dangerous because of fast careless drivers. We checked out early.

Nice little spot

It was perfect for what I needed for a couple nights. Amy and her husband were nice enough to offer to pick me up from Red Hook (which they did). The room was great, cozy, nice view. It is a right on what seemed like a main-ish road but that's trivial. I would recommend it here!

A time well spent!

What a wonderful visit, first time to the island and have traveled the Caribbean. This studio apartment is ideal for an active couple or individual seeking a retreat to St. Thomas providing access to its beautiful sunrises, beaches, and tropical views. It really felt like my own slice of heaven for a week. Private key access to the studio, which has its own small outdoor patio with lush flowering plants, my favorite morning tea/coffee spot. With the local markets nearby, it gives you the flexibility to prepare your own meals or snacks for on the go. Red Hook Ferry nearby with various restaurants /pubs. The apartment was extremely clean. Floors are all tile making clean up a breeze. Open the patio doors, to take in the ocean breeze or use the efficient, very quiet A/C. The furniture is new and up to date. Amy is working hard to maintain the re-growth effort of devastated gardens and yard clean up. At booking, they explained working on the restoration of Internet, WIFI, and TV. Even with all the reconstruction efforts, the neighborhood and street traffic was minimal. So, morning walks to the beach weren't stressful since limited sidewalk. Amy and Allen quick to respond questions. The driveway accommodated our rental car. Amy was very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about local things to explore. Providing suggestions activities to try during our stay. With there help our sibling trip was a truly wonderful, memorable worry- free vacation. Hope to be able to make this an alternative place to call home.

I love all the beautiful tropic flowers on the property and the beautiful view. The pool is really nice and cute, and I can also watch my son sailing in the ocean on my porch.

During your vacation you could enjoy the private pool, the amazing view, and the smell of the beautiful tropical flowers and see the boats come and go across the ocean. You can also walk to the beach or to the restaurants that are nearby. Its easy to go to St. John on the ferry and you could enjoy happy hours in Red Hook.
