Perfect Vacation

The house was perfect for us. Close to all the places we love and the owner was very helpful with questions and stayed in touch all week.

Great location

Perfect location, close to everything. Owner was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had. Property clean and plenty of room and beds for the family. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Location, Unfortunate Ending

Great location - easy walk to attractions & restaurants. Easy check-in process. Unfortunately, upon checking out Jon made me aware of several items he was looking to charge us for. From him claiming my kid had an accident in a bunk bed which she didn't even sleep in to random stains on furniture. I tried speaking with Jon but he would not respond to messages; he simply charged me. After speaking with VRBO dispute resolution they ruled in my favor, reimbursed me and issued Jon a temporary ban on the platform for false charges. Be wary as you may be subject to the same. Unfortunate because we had a great week and the home is in a great location.

Another amazing week in LBI!

Jon was fantastic! His rental property was adorable, we enjoyed every second! Location was perfect! 5 stars all around!

Absolutely AMAZING!!

What a wonderful wonderful WONDERFUL place to go and disconnect and enjoy time with the family! My husband and I and our three boys had an amazing time. It’s a perfect location with an easy walk to the beach or the bay (no complaints from a three year old!) and a very easy walk to tons of shops, places to eat, parks, etc. The owner was very communicative and responded quickly to all of my questions. He should definitely be rated as a super host! The house was immaculate, quiet and a perfect space to relax in after a day at the beach. And the outdoor shower is key for folks with little ones as it’s the perfect place for easy clean-ups after time at the beach. We will DEFINITLEY be coming back!

Great location great host

We are a family of 5 and just returned from LBI last week. We had a wonderful stay at the home! Jon was a great host and responded quickly to any questions we had. The home is walking distance from Bay Village and all of its wonderful attractions.

Wonderful Beach Haven Stay

Our family had a lovely stay in this Beach Haven property, close to Fantasy Island and all that LBI has to offer! The host was attentive and responsive, checking that we had everything we needed and available to answer any questions. The space was great for our family size and we would definitely stay here again :)

Great little place

Jon was a pleasure to work with! His communication was wonderful and he was super helpful! The house was cozy and just the right size for our family of 4. The master bed was COMFORTABLE! It was firm but I like a firm mattress and it was not like some other rentals where you can tell the mattress is super old and slumps in the middle. The location was great, we biked everywhere. The house has an old retro sink in the kitchen which we though was really cool, but it would be awesome if it had a dishwasher. We spent lots of time sitting outside and the cafe lights were were a nice touch. I would recommend this house!

Great LBI Beach House!!!

Great location, super clean, easy walk to beach and beautiful bay sunsets, lots of stores and restaurants around and the best part was that the owner Jon was so great to work with, answered every question, was concerned that everything in the house was good and just a really nice guy!! Highly recommend staying at 1510:)))

We are a family of 4 located in North Jersey who enjoy this beach house every summer. With summer sports in full swing for 2 boys we now have the ability to share this house with other families looking to enjoy LBI at sensible prices.

The home is perfectly located 2 1/2 blocks from the Ocean, 2 blocks from the bay & short walk (6) blocks from Bay Village/Fantasy Island. As a owner I enjoy this home myself with my family and friends, this isn't an investment property for us its our vacation place.

A perfect vacation for a family of 5 or a group of 6 adults.
