Always stay here and always great.

Great location restaurants, ice cream, shopping, Fantasy Island Arcade, bay and of couse the ocean all within walking distance.

Amazing place to stay

This was an amazing property! The host is very nice and it is a super cute, clean house that is close to everything in LBI cute front yard, close to the beach and bay. Amazing place to stay with family or friends.

My family loved this location! It literally was walking distance to the beach, the bay, restaurants, stores, and night clubs. Very spacious. Plenty of beach chairs and games provided.

Very nice!

We enjoyed our stay! Location was perfect, walking distance to everything! Directions for the house were clear and checking in was super simple. Only surprise was when we arrived there was no toilet paper or soap (it seemed like we were the first guests of the season). Normally when I do an air b&b type of stay somewhere, the house has a few basic things like dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, etc. But overall a really nice find!

Great Stay

We had a wedding in LBI and stayed here for a long weekend. It was everything we wanted and more! We were walking distance to everything including the venue & after party. Check in and check out was smooth and they even provided sheets for us. Thanks so much!

Would book again.

I rented this place for my parents for an Anniversary getaway. They had nothing but great things to say about the place. They loved the location and the layout of the house. They have been visiting LBI for the last 15 years, staying somewhere new each time, this was one of there favorite places yet.

Perfect location, in the middle of the action in beach haven. Kitchen has everything you need! Remember to bring your own toiletries, shampoo, toilet paper- lucky if you forget or run out there is a market 2 blocks away Thanks for the beach haven vacation in beach haven!

Another great LBI week!

We love this location. 2nd year in a row does not disappoint!!! Easy walk to everything you want. Only comment is the listing said the primary bed was a queen. So we brought queen sheet and found a king size bed. Fabulous vacation!

Great location and nice home, although needs a good cleaning. Unfortunately when we arrived home had no supplies (tp, paper towels, garbage bags), dirty towels and no bed sheets. We spent the first night doing laundry and shopping, bad way to start a vacation. The next day the host offered to have cleaning service come but we had already purchased supplies and made beds by then.The thermostat constantly reset itself to Eco. Each day we set at 72 and went to beach only to come back to a hot home. Really bad since one day we were getting dressed for a wedding. Great location, nice home and after the first night the host was responsive, but overall a disappointing stay.

Great Condo!

My family stayed in Jionni’s condo for a family November wedding. I can’t rave enough. It was extremely clean, spacious, had everything we needed for a long weekend. Jionni was extremely accommodating. The price for November was perfect for 2 families to afford. Do not second guess yourself if you are looking at this rental. You will not be disappointed.

A wonderful week at the beach

We so enjoyed our week at this adorable beach house! From the moment we walked in, we knew it was going to be perfect for us to have a great time on LBI. The house was clean, well decorated and had a great sleeping configuration for me and my family. Location is absolutely perfect to walk to everything you could ever want to do in Beach Haven, and the beach was an easy three block walk across the boulevard. Homes in the area are beautifully landscaped and well maintained which made sitting on the porches so lovely. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and loved that we could eat inside or outside. My kids cried leaving on the last day and asked when we could go back again, so we are already looking to rent here again next year. I couldn’t recommend this place more especially if you have a big family.
