Please be mindful that an elderly woman with dementia lives in the unit below, and we are committed to maintaining a peaceful and respectful environment for all. If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable home base, you’ll fit right in!

Being from Arizona and vacationing in California during the hot summers, Newport Beach was the perfect place to call home! With walkability to the beach, restaurants and shops, we couldn't think of a better neighborhood.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our home is named in honor of Nell, our beloved 89-year old grandmother, who lives right downstairs! Originally from Tempe, Arizona, Nell and her late husband Chuck, fell in love with Newport Beach during their family vacations. One summer, they decided to make this
special place their permanent home and purchased 218 20th Street. Nell has lived here ever since, filling the house with warmth, laughter, and countless memories.

We created “Upstairs at Nell’s” to share a piece of our family’s story and the charm of this home with guests like you. We hope you feel the same sense of comfort and joy here that has meant so much to our family over the years.
