THINGS TO NOTE
This place was newly built in 2023 so everything is fresh, clean, and modern!

• Layout: This is the private lower-level unit of a 2-unit home with a separate entrance.

• Occupancy: Maximum 5 guests (including children).

• Noise: Located in a quiet residential area—no loud parties/events allowed.

• Footsteps: Occasional upstairs guest footsteps may be heard (normal for a duplex).

• Shared Spaces: The garage is the only shared space and you get 1 parking space.

• Laundry: Washer/Dryer located in shared garage.

• Location: Just 2 houses from the bay. Convenience store at the end of the block.

• Views: Harbor and marina views from the front of the house, plus a view of the beach sand at the end of the street.

• Activities: Bike/watersport rentals nearby. Farmers Market at the pier every Sunday.

• Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age or older to book.

* Primary booking contact needs to be a minimum of 25 years of age.

* The city of Newport gives citations for noise complaints. Our neighbors are in very close proximity and even loud talking outside can be heard by the adjacent houses. Please keep noise to a minimum and our `zero noise` starts at 10 pm so if you are on the outdoor patio, please speak softly or retire indoors.

* Please turn down any music or TV audio to a reasonable level after 10 pm out of respect for the upstairs guests (we ask the same of them for you).

* No smoking is allowed on the property. Vaping is only allowed in the outdoor patio, but not inside the house.

* No more than 5 guests are allowed which includes infants/children

Great Stay!

House was very cute and updated. Perfect size for a family of 5. Location was great and near lots of restaurants and the beach. Sharing a washer and dryer was not a big deal.

Great location for morning surf

Cute property in a quiet street. Modern and clean and close to everything. Loved being a few mins walk to the beach for morning surf and enjoying the amazing California sunsets too.

Great Place!

Surf Casita was a beautiful place to stay! It was impeccably clean and very comfortable for our family of four. The house was very secure and close to the beach, restaurants, and a park for the kids.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Place felt safe and clean with high end appliances and fully stocked kitchen. Great location a block from the beach & by the harbor. We would stay there again.

Easy and perfect

Check in could not have been easier, property manager provided all information prior to arrival and was great at responding to any additional questions. This home is completely updated with great amenities. Location is not right on the beach, but it is a short walk to the beach and very close to the pier.

Beautiful Place with Quick Walk to Beach

This place was absolutely gorgeous! It is a super quick walk to the beach/boardwalk which was very nice. Beach chairs and towels for us to use was a nice added benefit. Everything is new and updated, we wish could have stayed longer.

The property is super clean, everything is updated and such comfortable beds. It is also close to everything, just park car in garage and walk to: beach 1 block, pier 1 block, all restaurants/bars 1 block. Looks like we’ll me making this a yearly vacation spot!

Beautiful Residence

The accommodations were fantastic and exactly as shown. Took my 80 year old mom, two adult brothers and my daughter to attend a funeral service. Very comfortable accommodations that met all our needs and owner was kind, professional and hospitable.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Newport Beach property. The apartment was newly updated and conveniently located to many restaurants and the beach. It was safe and secure- nice to have an indoor parking space to secure vehicle. We will be recommending this location to friends and family.

Wonderful!

Property was roomy, clean and airy! Enjoyed our stay. The patio was enclosed and private. Heard the upstairs neighbors a bit at night but it wasn’t awful. Really enjoyed the location and being able to walk to the pier and local shops! It was overall fantastic and would stay again!

Stupendous Stay at the Surf Casita

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this property for a week. It is modern, fresh, clean and packed with amenities. We loved being minutes from the beach (a short walk), boats, food and drink. We also liked that we were on a small, quiet street. I would definitely stay here again. Ron is a fabulous host! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very Nice!

Ron has a great property, very clean, nicely decorated. Didn’t care for sharing the garage but it worked out fine. It’s an amazing place and we would definitely recommend.

Thank you Ron for the beautiful condo. We really enjoyed your place. It was very nicely done. The remodel was fantastic!!!! The bed was super comfy also. We loved the location, my husband’s favorite place, since he was a kid, is Charlie’s Chili, so it was great being walking distance. We’ll definitely be back!!!

This was our first time staying in Newport Beach, the property was exactly what we were hoping for. Ron was awesome to work with, he was able to answer any questions we had when we first arrived and felt he went out of his way to make our stay great. The property is a couple minutes walk from the beach and entertainment. It has all the amenities that you would need on a vacation, would definitely stay here again!!!

Highly Recommend

The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and the living room had comfortable seating and a large TV for relaxing in the evenings. Equally as great as the home was the location - quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Ron, the host, was a pleasure. Would definitely rent again!

I've lived in Newport Beach most of my life and enjoy surfing and paddle boarding. It's like being on vacation 365 days per year! I live in the upper unit of this duplex and am available whenever you need something. I can get you up to speed and all that the area offers and make sure your stay is memorable. There is so much to do here.

Centrally located with both beach and bay right here, we completed a 1-year renovation at the end of 2022, so it's fresh and new with all the latest comforts and features. Great for couples looking for a romantic getaway, families with kids/pet, or a relaxing refuge for a business trip. If you come in mid-December, you can watch the Newport Beach Christmas right here.

The private outdoor patio really adds to the experience. We have air conditioning for the hot summer months and offer secure garage parking with fast EV charging, but you won't need to drive much since everything is close. We are less than 15 minutes from the Orange County/John Wayne (SNA) airport and just 12 miles to Disneyland.
