Great spot in area without many options. Communication was superb and the accommodations were as advertised. Cozy one bedroom with modern amenities, including washer/dryer and water filtration system.

A great place for what we needed - located less than 10 minutes from Morrison's where we took a great day-long trip down the Rogue River. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 3 (with one in the couch). We were grateful for the washer and dryer. Beautiful setting in the forest. Communication with the host could not have been better. Parking for our Class B RV was a challenge most people wouldn't have. Lest you read too much into the property description (like I did), "near the river" means river access is down the hill, across the road, and then 1/4 mile up the road. Located on a very steep mountain hillside, it's probably not a great choice for a family with small children.

Within walking distance from Galice resort. Property was clean and quiet- new construction add on done nicely. Fun shower head like a rain shower, good water pressure. The kitchen is all new, nice sink, great fridge, glass cook top range. The TV is new and wifi signal was plenty fast ( which is a big deal because it can be spotty out there!) The bed was really comfy and had lots of pillows - slept great in the cool night air! We didn't need a fan or AC so I can't speak to that - but it looks brand new as well. We look forward to returning next year. Thanks so much!
