The perfect spot for your home base during your visit to Jacksonville! Located close to the airport and close to major expressways, it's easy to get to all that Jacksonville has to offer. You'll love how much the owners provide everything to make for a beautiful, stylish, clean, organized stay so that you can focus on relaxing with your traveling party. There’s space for gathering as well as private retreating in this comfortable, bright, spacious home. (See amenities)
The Sanctuary is four bedrooms, two baths, two living spaces, theatre room, office area, a game area, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, back porch, and parking for three vehicles. It is in a neighborhood with a community amenity center that has pickleball, tennis, basketball, pool, kiddie splash zone, and playground yet also is in a quiet setting amidst nature and the birds.
The entire home is private. Guests have access to the neighborhood pool and pickleball courts.
We like to respect the privacy of our guests. We are available to meet you if you would like; otherwise we assume guests prefer privacy. A keyless code is available for easy check-in and check-out.
If there is any issue at all upon arrival or during your stay, we would like to know right away so that we can assure you have a five star stay.
Safe, quiet community with amenity center. This home is a great balance of city/country living. It backs up to a nature's preserve and offers a private backyard nestled in lush greenery and is close to great restaurants, shopping, beaches, grocery, mall, airport, hospitals. Hop onto major roadways for downtown events and major sporting and concert venues. Traffic here is way less than other parts of Jacksonville. Definitely a great home base for your stay in Jacksonville.
Parking is free and there is room for cars in the driveway and on the street directly in front of this house only (not the neighbors’ homes). This is a subdivision with community amenities. It’s a safe neighborhood for walking around the block and walking to the pool, pickleball/tennis courts, playground.
Parking is limited to the driveway and street parking in front of this house only. Do not park in front of neighbors’ homes or driveways.
Security cameras on the premise for your safety and ours. NO cameras inside. Owners do not monitor unless there is a reason for concern and evidence is needed.
The number of guests that you registered for is the maximum number of guests allowed in the home. You will be charged $50 per additional guest per night and will be at risk of being asked to leave due to violating rules.
Let us know if you're traveling with an infant or small child and need a playpen or high chair.
No smoking or vaping or drugs of any kind. If this is violated, you will be charged $500.00 and any extra cleaning costs incurred.
Pets are not allowed.
No parties or events. If in doubt, ask us. This is a neighborhood and therefore we are respectful of the noise level.
Three vehicles are allowed. Parking is limited to the driveway and the space on the street in front of our house/driveway. Street parking should be in the direction of the flow of traffic.
If you see any issues upon arrival or during your stay, please let us know so that we can tend to it immediately. We want your stay to be fabulous.
CHECK IN IS 4:00 pm.
CHECK OUT IS 10:00 am.
PRIOR TO CHECK OUT: Easy peezy. Leave beds unmade. Place all other linens in laundry room. Load dishwasher. Take trash to outdoor trashcans.
Walk-through video and photos have been taken by cleaning crew prior to each stay to ensure property is cleaned to our standard. Guests will be charged for damages, missing items, and any extra cleaning fees incurred due to irresponsibility. Our desire is for each guest to experience staying in our home with the same high standard of care and attention to details as the guests prior.
We welcome any suggestions on making the next guests' stay even more enjoyable.
