We’re excited to host you in Baton Rouge, Louisiana! To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay, please review and follow these house rules:
🔑 Access & Security
Check-in Instructions will be provided on the day of arrival at 10 a.m. This message will include property address, door code and wifi information.
The door code is provided only to the person who made the reservation. Please ensure that you share this information with the other members of your group, as we will not be able to provide it to anyone else.
For safety and to protect your reservation, only registered guests are allowed on the property.
🚗 Parking
This property has parking for 2 vehicles inside the garage and 2 additional vehicles on driveway.
Please do not block neighboring driveways or park on the street (Per HOA regulations, cars will be towed at owner's expense).
📦 Deliveries
No mail or package deliveries are allowed during your stay. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered items.
🔊 Noise & Respect for Neighbors
No loud music or disruptive noise, especially outdoors or in common areas.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and other guests.
🚭 Smoking
No smoking of any kind or vaping inside the home. A cleaning/deodorization fee of $200 will be charged if this rule is violated.
Smoking is allowed only outside and away from doors and windows. Please do not throw cigarrete butts on ground/grass.
🧼 Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please treat the space with care and report any damages or issues promptly so we can address them quickly. Please note that any damages inside the house, as well as any broken or lost items, will result in additional charges to cover repairs or replacements.
Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning charge .
👥 Guest Count
The number of guests must match your reservation. Unregistered guests are not allowed. If the number of guests is more than the ones registered, an additional fee of the maximun capacity of the house will be charged.
📹 Security Cameras
For safety and insurance reasons, we monitor the exterior of the property using security cameras.
For your privacy, there is absolutely no cameras inside the properties.
🔥 Parties & Events
No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. In violation of this, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. Additionally, an extra cost of $5,000 imposed by the HOA, plus $300 for extra cleaning, will be charged.
🐾 Pets
No pets are allowed. Violation of this will incur in an additional fee of $250.
