A wellness Bluezone -Unspoiled and Uncrowded.Get ready to relax in this enchanting 3-BR villa (all w pvt baths and outdoor walled in garden showers) in Punta Islita- With 2 king beds, 1 child bed, 1 twin bed, and 1 bunk bed. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, Smart TV, hair dryers, Large Pvt. pool on spacious 2 acre lot in a Gated Community of the Hotel Punta Islita. ( Hotel currently closed for renovations until spring 2026.) Start living in Barefoot luxury of "pura vida". Outdoor pursuits? -a short 5 min.walk on a paved cart path to the beach, surfing, paddle boarding + fishing . Three local restaurants, bars and groceries close by in our small village. If you desire the growing busy tourist town of Samara is just a 25 minute drive away from our piece of paradise, for many big grocery stores, T shirt shops, banks, pharmacies, and many boutique shops.
