Welcome to Wailea Ekahi 51C—a relaxed and inviting 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo nestled in the heart of Wailea. Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping with views of the nearby ocean, this peaceful retreat offers a comfortable and convenient home base for up to four guests, perfect for couples or small families looking to enjoy the best of Maui.

Inside, you'll find thoughtful touches throughout, including a private washer and dryer, ceiling fans, and air conditioning in the bedroom to keep you cool and comfortable. The bedroom features a plush king-sized bed and opens to a private enclosed sunroom—a quiet spot to enjoy your morning coffee, catch up on a good book, or create a temporary workspace. Great time in Maui

We had a wonderful stay at Barbara’s place in Ekahi Village. The condo was perfect for us with lots of room, all the amenities for beach and pool days and great views of the sunset from the lanai. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the beach was great for waking, swimming and snorkeling.

Lovely Lanais and View

This is a great condo for a family of four. It is an easy walk to the beach, and we spent most of our time there and at the pool. The condo had everything you needed for some fun in the sun. When we got home, we hung out on the front lanai, which has a great ocean view. A secondary lanai is attached to the primary suite, which provides another tropical retreat space. Mahalo!

Wonderful resort on best beach in Maui

This condo is a short 5 minute walk to the main pool and the beautiful beach. We kept windows and doors open to enjoy the Hawaiian warm breeze and birds. Lots of great spaces for relaxing and nice view from kitchen and large lanai. I would definitely rent this condo again.

This condo is well situated with easy access to both the main road and the beach. The property is well maintained and the greenery around both lanai's are gorgeous. Very relaxing stay!

Lovely Wailea location and complex

Beautiful condo in a gorgeous private condo resort. Barbara is wonderful and immediately addressed a couple of concerns we had after checking in. Convenient parking, walk to beach and to Shops at Wailea. The newly renovated pavilion is lovely, we enjoyed our stay. Aloha and mahalo ~ Shauna

Awesome place and location

Wonderful condo in a great location, close to both Wailea and Kihei. Everything was clean and the place had all the equipment one needs for a day at the beach. Many great beaches are within walking distance, plus a very nice pool and picnic/barbecue pavilion. Comfortable bed, well stocked bathrooms and you can also walk to shops and stores. I would return here for sure, and the owner was very awesome to communicate with! A perfect 10 out of 10 for our Maui vacation.

Memorable Maui Getaway

This unit and property was simply outstanding and comfortable. My friend and I spent mornings and evenings on the lanai looking out over the Bougainvillea and it was so peaceful. And you could hear a little bit of the ocean. It was a close walk to shops and restaurants, and the beach is accessible from property. All of the amenities in the home, from beach gear to all the kitchen tools and utensils you need were there. I can’t wait to return to this unit and Proper! Mahalo, Barbara for sharing your home from home.

Perfect!

My husband and I had a great time. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location, very short walk to beautiful sandy beaches. Also the condo is very well supplied for those who enjoy cooking, as well as basics for the beach! No complaints. Only thing my husband and I commented on was how great it would be if the complex also had a hot tub! But otherwise the large pool/common area and complex in general was great!

Great location at a fraction of the cost of the hotels down the beach

Our experience at this unit was entirely consistent with the listing. It was clean and well-stocked. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels — the sun was so hot we would not have lasted more than 15 mins on the beach without that umbrella! Instead we were able to spend two afternoons relaxing. Location very close to the north end of the beach-front path that takes you south to all of the big hotels in Wailea, so very convenient to restaurants I n the area. Lanai was a lovely place to have breakfast, and enjoy the sunset.

Stunning Property with Beautiful Beach Access

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful VRBO property in Maui for 9 days, and it was an amazing experience. The property was well-maintained and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. As avid beach-goers, it was especially nice to have an array of accessories at our disposal, such as beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkeling gear. The kitchen was also very well-maintained and stocked with all the utensils we could need. The beach was just a short 2-3 minute walk away, and it was breathtaking. The crystal-clear water and soft sand made for a truly relaxing experience. Overall, we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Maui.

Better Than I Thought

The unit looked good online. I booked late, so I was in a location on the property I don’t usually pick. That was my main reservation. Was actually a shorter walk to beach and pool than I thought. Also just a min walk to grills up the hill. Murphy bed is much better than the sofa beds in most units. First unit with nonstick pans that weren't totally sliced up!

OK but wouldn't recommend.

Smelled bad for 1st two days (possibly the cleaning products). A few cockroaches. Dishwasher didn't work ( I didn't report as I preferred to not have anyone in the room. Otherwise the grounds and area were very nice.

Beautiful And Quiet Oasis

We (3 adults) loved our stay at this property! We chose it because it had 2 bathrooms and a Murphy bed for the 3rd adult rather than the traditional sofa bed. The Murphy bed was extremely easy to pull out and put away each day and extremely comfortable. We tried to explore every inch of the island so after long excursion days, we found this property to be the perfect place to rest. The condo was clean and quiet and the villa complex was serene and beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed watching the changing colors in the sky at sunrise and sunset from the lanai. The only downside was that several people tried to cut through near our bathroom windows when it is clearly marked as a non-pathway. Barbara was a wonderful host. She was quick to answer questions we had and gave us helpful information to make the most of our vacation. I would highly recommend staying here!

BEST PLACE EVER, WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE IN EKAHI

CLEAN, PRIVATE, BEAUTIFUL, MAGICAL From the moment I asked a question about the property Barbara was prompt to respond, warm, helpful and absolutely lovely to deal with, and that didn't change one iota throughout my entire stay. She is one of the main reasons I will never book another place in Ekahi again . Her place is as fabulous as she is though :) The condo itself is situated perfectly away from noise of streets or nearby construction - you don't hear a thing except the birds. It absolutely reflects Barbara's aloha and warmth in spirit and energy, and has the perfect aesthetic of the islands. The master bedroom has a wonderful light filled enclosed lanai / sitting room which was wonderful to wake up to, and the lanai off the kitchen is private and surrounded by lush greenery with a beautiful view down the Ekahi 'valley' to the ocean. The kitchen is outfitted perfectly if you want to cook and she has just about everything you could need for dining in. All of the living rooms are comfortable, clean and relaxing, and I love the koa paneling in the kitchen and living room. You just don't see that anymore!! Beautiful and so Hawai'i. As a kanaka myself, that was an especially lovely touch that warmed my heart. There are towels for the beach as well as chairs and she has a great book on the kitchen counter with tons of useful info on the area, restaurants, access, etc., and it's a very short and beautiful walk to any of the pools or beach access. You can also - if you're taking a lot of stuff to the beach - load up your car and be at the Keawakapu beach parking lot ( which has a gate to the Ekahi property right there and is just around the corner ) in literally under a minute. It's that close. It's also only about a 2 minute drive to The Shops and most of the good hotels that are just up the road. I absolutely loved my stay here in Ekahi in Barbara's place and it's important to note that I moved to her place after a week in an awful Ekahi unit way at the back. There is simply no comparison between the two nor probably any other unit. Barbara's place is magical and I'm so looking forward to going back soon ! Thank You Barbara!!

Great experience overall. Few minor issues, but very satisfied with the responses. Landscapers thinned some the plants around the deck while we were there. Deck is more inviting now, but not any less private.

Wonderful place!

My sister and I spent a wonderful week here. It is a quiet pleasant area with the tropical bird song in the morning one expects in Hawaii. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels and other necessities. Aleays happy to have a washer and dryer. Would love to return someday.

Condo in Paradise

Beautiful, well maintained condo with gorgeous view from the Lanai. The whole complex was filled with the aroma of jasmine and plumeria plants. A beautiful pool and easy access to a lovely beach.....would stay here again!

Great spot for couples

Very clean property. A little musty smelling when we first arrived but I think that's a hazard of the tropics. Lots of windows to open with a great cross breeze made it easy to air out. Short walk down the hill to the lovely pavillion and beach. Nice long beach walk a short distance away that we ran on in the mornings. Kitchen very well stocked for cooking and eating. A few spices. No olive oil. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels all came in handy. Great, quiet spot for a get away!
