This is a one of a kind view right over the Columbia River. Sit back and enjoy your morning java while watching shipping, pilot boats, tugs, fishing vessels and wildlife…..make their way up and down the Mighty Columbia River.
You are sitting over the 10th Street Pier with a birds eye view of the Megler Bridge, Washington State and up river past Tongue Point. Bring your camera to capture sealions and wildlife, right outside your windows!

We loved the huge windows, with the panoramic views of the river and lush hill across the river, so relaxing. Great bike/walk along the river front for coffee and a pastry at Coffee Girl on the pier. Perfectly located on the river downtown Astoria near restaurants, wineries and shops. Great opportunities to hike Ecola State Park trails and across the river in Washington including two light house trails. Host were great, we had ebikes and they came up with a place to store them. Will definitely return!

Beautiful property with stellar views of the water and shipping lanes in a great location. The unit appears newly renovated, and the bed was very comfortable. However, guests should know that there is NO OVEN OR STOVE at all, so you really cannot cook meals here beyond basic microwave food. That was a much bigger limitation than we expected.There is also a large outdoor staircase to access the dwelling. The televisions are both quite small and mounted unusually high, which made movie watching uncomfortable. The dining set was cheap and not very comfortable. The microwave is hidden in a cabinet above the refrigerator and tips forward when used, which felt unsafe. There is also a locked mystery door that appears to provide secondary access to the unit, which may cause security issues. The nearby sea lions are entertaining at first but can be very loud. Trash pickup is Friday morning at 4:30am, which was unpleasant. Many restaurants and cafes in walking distance. The greenway path is right out the front door.Overall, the views and location are excellent, but there are several comfort and functionality issues.

We appreciate your comments regarding the kitchenette, furnishings, and other aspects of the unit. Guest feedback helps us evaluate for improvement and better understand how different travelers experience the space. For clarity, the locked door you mentioned is a secured storage area and is not used for guest access. As a waterfront property located on the pier, guests may occasionally hear sea lions and other activity associated with the harbor environment. Thank you again for your feedback. Ladies getaway. We loved our stay! Great location downtown right on the water with views of the bridge and giant ships going to sea. So many great shops , restaurants, and breweries right down the road. This flat was clean and comfortable and looked newly remodeled. Being a 2 bedroom with a nice living room and pictures of a nice looking kitchen with island, we missed the part where there is no actual stove or oven. This looked like a full apartment and we wished the listing had been much more forward about that. We would have adjusted accordingly. There is a big flat griddle, medium sized fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a nice array of gadgets. We would absolutely stay again with a different meal plan and maybe some earplugs for the sea lion sing songs. Ha.
