EVERYTHING IS BRAND NEW in this sunny corner, 2-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo between the beach and the Intracoastal in the heart of Deerfield Beach. This beautiful property in a boutique 12-unit building (freshly painted and carpeted), offers en suite baths for both the primary bedroom, with king bed and the second bedroom, with a queen bed. There is a newly furnished oversized terrace, a gated entry, 2 assigned parking spaces and an infinity pool. Amenities include an in-unit washing machine and dryer, AC, heating, WiFi and 2 large TV's. There is a fully equipped kitchen. It's just a short walk to several restaurants, along with the beach, and we have provided beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella. The floor-to-ceiling impact windows face west to offer unparalleled romantic sunsets and a partial view of the Intracoastal Waterway. An extraordinary destination for creating lasting memories with family and friends at one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach and very convenient for getting around the area and quickly accessing I-95 when needed.The condo was very clean, truly hotel-like in its level of cleanliness, and felt comfortable and well maintained throughout. It was also quiet and relaxing, which made it perfect for visiting family.The property was well equipped with everything we needed, including a great kitchen setup, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, outdoor patio area, a shared pool, beach gear, and reliable Wi-Fi. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and easy to use.Communication with the host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay.Check-in was generally smooth and well organized, and overall everything worked out easily for a great stay.
