Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed space featuring a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed and a 32-inch smart TV. The cathedral living area invites relaxation with a queen sleeper sofa, a large 65-inch smart TV, and romantic wood burning stove, perfect for movie nights. A bonus loft provides additional sleeping options with two twin beds (convertible to a king) for flexible arrangements. The updated 3/4 bath boasts a stand-up shower.

The well-equipped kitchen offers pub seating for four, complete with a full oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, making meal prep a breeze. Step outside to embrace the serene surroundings! Enjoy barbecues on the gas grill, gather around the outdoor fire pit with Adirondack seating, or dine al fresco on the deck with an outdoor patio table.

A standout feature for outdoor enthusiasts is the plenty of private driveway space for boat or jet ski parking. You're just two minutes from the Pine River public boat launch, leading directly to Ossipee Lake, and only six minutes from Lakefront Landing where they offer launch and boat rentals. Guests have full private access to the whole cottage and yard. There is plenty of parking for your vehicles and you are welcome to tow and park your water toys during your stay! (jet skis, boat, etc.)

Please note that access to sleeping loft is a straight attached ladder, which can be difficult for some to climb. This is why we offer either queen sleep sofa in living area or two twin loft beds for the 3rd and 4th guest so they can choose what best suits them for sleeping.

Please be aware that there is a steep drop off near the deck and back side of cottage which overlooks the babbling brook. Edge is marked with small white garden fencing.

Well behaved dogs are welcome. Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in home without being properly crated. Dogs must be on flea maintenance during spring, summer and fall months. Any damage caused by guest's dog to the inside or outside of home is the financial responsibility of the guest. $100 pet fee per stay.
