This MAIN LEVEL only home has spacious 2 bedrooms with clean new crisp white cooling sheets, Romantic electric fireplace and pot lights in living area. Great backyard to enjoy the summer days under the stars on huge Resin Chairs and a table to dine in. Relax in the huge backyard after days of sight Seeing, Wine Tasting Tours or just enjoy a great BBQ with your loved ones. Closed door office space available for you to work while your family can enjoy the backyard. Please be cautious as there are some uneven ground in the back yard. Family friendly neighbourhood. Great water pressure in the shower, several stores, restaurants, Tourist attractions and laundromats near by. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE ( Any smoke smell inside has a hefty FINE ) ONLY OUTSIDE THE HOUSE PLEASE.

You can enjoy the entire main floor level, with easy lock box access for 24/7 entry. Lower level is a separate unit with separate guests.
Please park farthest to the left of the house on the concrete park of the driveway because basement tenant will will also need to get in and out without disturbing you from the upper unit. Basement parking is on the right side on the gravel part.

This home is located close to Niagara falls, Casino Niagara , Hard Rock Cafe, Brid Kingdom, Great Wolf Lodge, Zip Lining at the falls, Helicopter Ride, Giant Ferris Wheel and few minutes to US Border. Steps to a Great Nature walking and Cycling path while you enjoy beautiful nature.

Public Transportation is near by grab a day pass and check out all the attraction Niagara Falls has to offer.

Extra self inflating Queen Air Mattress, Blanket, Duvet cover, Sheet set, 2 pillows and towels are in the Master Bedroom Closet. Backyard and BBQ maybe shared by the lower unit guests.
