A paradise beautiful home central to the heart of Niagara, with 3 large bedrooms, a spa like main bathroom with his and her sinks. Easy access to many areas, Restaurants, Niagara college, Brock U, Niagara Falls, Niagara Falls Wine, golf places and numerous hiking and biking trails. If you are looking for fun try the Welland recreational waterway which boast kayaking, canoeing, rowing, cycling, book for dragon boat events. The lower unit of this house is occupied by a tenant however nothing is shared with guests. There is a $100 late checkout fee. If guest checks out so late (two hours or more) that the place can not be made ready for the next guest, there will be an additional charge for one extra day booking.

Our stay

Overall, pretty good for our group. This property suited our needs. My main comments are things like where garbage and recycling bins are would have been helpful to know and more kitchen towels would have been nice. I might suggest a booklet with all the details about the house be available to guests.

Overall bad experience

We arrived 1 hour after check-in. We still had not received the lockbox code, and after calling VRBO we were told that the previous guest left late and left the place in a mess. We were asked to wait another 45 minutes. After about an hour we finally got the lock box code. The place was still not properly cleaned and there was only one towel in the bathroom. Through VRBO email we were able to arrange for more towels; they were still in the wash. We had to clean the kitchen, refrigerator and bathroom. The host added more towels while we were out and also vacuumed the living room and foyer. The TV had no service but we did discover after two days that we could access Prime using our home account. Wifi was a bust: the password given failed despite us trying several variations - caps versus no caps, etc. A telephone number to contact the host would have saved a lot of hassle and frustration.

Its on a cul-de-sac with no front or rear neighbours. There are only 7 houses on the street with very nice neighbours which makes the area super quiet for family visits or individuals who appreciate their quiet time.

Its a beautiful countryside property on a cul-de-sac with no front or rear neighbours. There are only 7 houses on the street which makes the area super quiet for family visits or individuals who appreciate their time. You will be welcome to a lot of greens and trees on the property. The rooms are very big, 3 cozy large bedrooms, a very large kitchen, 3 cozy large bedrooms (2 with kingly 4-poster beds). A massive flat-screen TV is equipped with Netflix, Prime, YouTube, etc in a very larg living room . The kitchen is enormous with an amazing stove and fridge.
