Enjoy the backyard with a hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ. Includes a 2-car garage with a free EV charger and a commercial ice maker for your lake adventures. A perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your desert getaway located near Lone Rock Beach and the Wahweap North Entrance, making adventure and relaxation equally accessible.
The open-concept living space is perfect for gathering after a day of adventure. The living room includes 2 sofas, a big-screen TV and a cozy indoor electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the supplies needed to cook a family meal including stainless steel cookware, spices, and oils. TVs and ceiling fans are in every room, AC and heat are individual climate control units, and there is high-speed Wi-Fi. All windows are fitted with blinds.
