Sunset Heaven

My wife and I have stayed here several times and each time we relish the beautiful patio, the views, and the sunsets. The house is incredibly comfortable and the kitchen is ideal for preparing meals. Kim and Mark have always been the best hosts and are so welcoming! Highly recommend!

This house is amazing. We rented it for Christmas with family and loved everything about it including the Christmas tree they set up for us. The gas fireplace was a needed feature due to the rainy weather. Having the pool heated made swimming in the cooler weather possible. Location is incredible with a quick drive to Studio City for groceries and restaurants and it has a beautiful view. The owners were helpful with all our questions.

Exceptional Luxury Villa with Beautiful Views

My family and I had the most amazing experience staying here for Thanksgiving !! The host Kim was so friendly and gracious. The location is both private but accessible to all that LA has to offer. Of course, the saltwater pool was fabulous along with the drop-dead views overlooking Studio City especially at night !

Beautiful Place!

My son and I were in LA for some appointments and visits with my nephew. Kim’s gorgeous house is in a beautiful spot with lovely views and with very sweet flowers and plants and hummingbirds in the patio around the pool. We loved being there. Thank you Kim!

Just the perfect location and host

Kim and Mark are taking care of all of your needs right away. The house is located up in the hills with perfect views and easy to reach, easy also for large SUVs - no narrow streets! We definitely will come back.

Fabulous stay in Studio City

Our family had the pleasure of staying at Kim and Mark’s beautiful home during our recent stay in LA and we could not be happier. Our stay there was truly a home away from home experience with all the comforts anyone could need or want. From clean, comfy beds and living areas to a gorgeous view, everything was spectacular. Communication from Kim was excellent, she is so very sweet. You will not go wrong staying at this beautiful home!!! If we are heading back to LA, we will reach out to Kim first!

Beautiful spacious home with great views and lovely pool and backyard area

This was a wonderful house to spend some relaxing time in Los Angeles and is very well located for access to Studio City, Hollywood and Beverly Hills. It was a beautiful home with a well stocked kitchen, proper smart TV so you could access all your networks and a beautiful pool side back yard area with incredible views of the valley. We spent so much time around the pool inviting our son and wife over so we could have some quality time together. The hosts were very accommodating and made sure we had all the info on the house and took care making sure that our visit was exactly what we had hoped for. My wife and I could not have been happier and would return anytime!

Spacious Serenity

Peaceful, private setting. Spacious interiors with magazine-worthy modern, uncluttered design and a Zen-like feel.. Outdoors is unbeatable with large pool, several seating areas, Well-equipped with bathroom and kitchen supplies, washer and dryer, plenty of towels, and outdoor grill. Excellent lighting throughout. Owner was helpful and responsive before, during, and after our stay.

The bomb

Excellent view and accommodations. We enjoyed spending every day outside enjoying the pool, firepit and large dining table. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spa like. When we come visit next year we hope this place will be available. Highly recommended!

Great house and host!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kim's beautiful house. Enjoyed the pool and relaxing atmosphere, took a walk in the nearby hiking trail. Kim is a great host.

Great house, even better host

The house is located in a great neighborhood with an AMAZING view! We were in town over the July 4th holiday and were able to see every fireworks show in the LA area from the back deck while grilling out...it was awesome! We were no more than 20 minutes to everything that we'd planned to do while in L.A. and having the pool was great for the days we didn't feel like leaving the house. The house was clean, had comfy beds as well as all of the creature comforts that can sometimes be missing in vacation rentals (dishes, pots, towels, cleaning supplies, etc.). Kim was the BEST! Very responsive from the time I booked the rental, throughout our stay (but not intrusive) and even after we'd checked out. When we got back to Atlanta, my son realized he'd left his Yeti on the kitchen counter. I reached out to Kim and she was kind enough to ship it back to us...A+! I'd definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable spot to call a temporary home.

Exceptional property. Comfortable and tastefully designed, with every amenity one could want for a luxurious LA sojourn. The stunning back garden, pool, views and hummingbirds made it truly magical. The house was beautiful and the view was stunning. Kim was gracious and quick to respond to any questions I had. My little one loved the walk-in shower. We were comfortable and happy with the home and neighborhood.

Terrific outdoor space

My priority in booking this house was its having a great outdoor space where we could spend time with our grown kids and some friends. The house fit the bill perfectly with its lovely pool, fireplace and bbq areas. The house was very comfortable and easy-going as well. I could not have been more pleased. There was plentiful street parking and the only drawback might be if you like to take walks through the neighborhood… which we did, but the hills were tiring for us in our 70s. Our kids didn’t mind it at all though! We would definitely book here again.

Beautiful view

My family and I stayed at the house for two weeks and it was the perfect respite. The outdoor area, saltwater pool and view are incredible. The house is nice and open and the beds are very comfortable. Our only complaint was how difficult it is to figure out the TV’s and Netflix. Kim and Mark text back right away with any questions snd really go out of there way to make sure you are enjoying the house.

Amazing Vacation in LA in a beautiful house

The views from this house are absolutely amazing. The house is very spacious and it has all the extras you need to feel at home. We spent a lot of time all over LA County and the location of this home was perfect! The owners were great and easily accessible.

Very spacious and elegant home in a wonderful location

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! It has a very large and open living room / dining / kitchen area and large window doors to the large terrace area with the modern pool. All interior and exterior design (including the three bedrooms and the huge bathrooms) is awesome in a modern style which ideally matches the mid-century building. Neighborhood seems to be at similar high level, everything is clean and quiet. Location almost on top of the hill allows for great views over Studio City and the Fernando Valley. Kim and Mark provided all information we needed even though they were not in town when we checked in. Very detailed house info was helpful since we are tourists from Germany. If we come back to the LA area some time, we will definitely check if we can stay at this house again.

Stunning home in the Hollywood Hills with views forever and all the comforts of home

Our experience staying at Kim and Mark’s lovely home was one to remember. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and right at home. Check-in and check-out was seamless as was communication with Kim. The house is modern and extremely spacious with tasteful furnishings. It has three bedrooms, two very large well-appointed bathrooms and a powder room. The kitchen is large and modern and fully equipped with everything you’d need to cook up a storm. There is a washer and dryer available for guest use as well. The outdoor area, complete with sparkling pool, fire pit, BBQ, furniture and breathtaking views, is the best part. Although it was a bit cool in the evenings to spend hours soaking up the views, we still enjoyed our time out there - and think we spotted Johnny Depp’s house in the distance! The neighborhood itself is quiet and safe and filled with beautiful homes. The location is very central to most areas - downtown, Universal City, Melrose Ave, Beverly Hills and Hollywood - all being within 30 minutes by car (bearing in mind you really need a car anywhere you stay in LA). Studio City is the nearest shopping/restaurant strip, being no more than 5 minutes by car. If you are looking for a stunning LA home to base yourself that is spacious and centrally located, I highly recommend this home! It was perfect for my family (husband, 9-year-old son and in-laws) and we can’t wait to stay here again!!
