The beach view being on the 6th floor was amazing with the set up for the Mullet toss. We didn’t have time to go to the pool on our visit. We had a tent set up inside the Mullet toss parameter and went there each day. Our room was very clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay

Wonderful property!

We had a great experience at Orange Beach and the property Phoenix X.. The condo was beautifully decorated and there were no issues. I would love to stay there again!

Labor Day getaway

Great condo! Location was perfect and everything was just as described. Didn’t realize they had a parking garage which makes unloading snd loading so much easier!

Great

The room was very clean and location was great!! We did not encounter any problems on our stay other than seeing 3 roaches! The only complaint we had was having to wear the wristbands which were really annoying! Will definitely stay here again though!!!

Great location and spacious

This condo is all about the location next to Florabama! The positives: Nice furniture and fairly well stocked kitchen. Linens were clean and fresh. The negatives: A couple of repairs were needed. Shower track in main bathroom was broken and trim paint was peeling off in one area. Wi-Fi never worked and there were no smart tvs. If those couple of things were upgraded, I would give 5 stars!
