Overall great stay

The condo needs updating, missing blinds, missing shower liner, kitchen is not stocked, minimal furniture for seating. Property and staff are amazing, check in and staff are very professional.

The staff was very friendly and helpful

The room was great and even though we were on the side with flora bama we were high enough up that we barely heard them while sitting on the balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was nice that security actually walked around checking to be sure you really belonged there but they did with out bothering the guest

Nice place - just like pictures

The place is quite nice. It's near the garage which was nice for when you wanted to go run around town. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool and nice indoor pool. It's right next to Florida/Alabama line. The master bedroom was missing one vertical blind but that wasn't too bad.

Great fun

Enjoyed the beach and the view on 6th floor. BBQ pits were convenient (except trying to find someplace close that sell charcoal. I had to drive all the way to Publix!) Loved having Flora-Bama next to us!! 😉👍

Thank goodness for Ann, Tonya, and Cassandra at Phoenix X

Upon arrival we could tell the floors were not clean in the condo. I swept a dust pan full of sand and hair. There was sand all over the chair in the living room. Proceeding to the master bedroom to unpack we noticed on a shelf in the corner tissue paper, bloody paper towels and a empty vitamin pack. We immediately called downstairs and spoke to Ann. She stepped into action, come up to the condo to inspect and got on the phone to set up for house keeping to come, a cleaning service to clean the chair. Tonya and Cassandra were great cleaning the whole condo again. They along with Ann were very apologetic this happened to us . Before we left after our stay Ann informed us she had credited us for the housekeeping fee. The property is nice lots of amenities and despite the problems we had at the beginning it was a great vacation and I would stay there again.

Great Location

This condo served us well for our stay. We loved the location of the condo in the building. Convenient to the elevators and parking garage. Our only complaint was it would have been nice to have a rug in the entry hallway.

The condo was awesome very clean and updated. Great location walk to almost everything especially Flora Bama. Communications with owner was real time and very helpful. I would highly recommend this rental property.
