We had a great four weeks plus here over the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. As with our stay two years ago, everything was perfect , spacious ,clean as well as room in the yard for our two Westies’s. Enjoyed cocktails in the hot tub with sunsets and built great memories. Central to golf , shopping , dining and hiking . Quite neighborhood . Host extremely responsive . We will be back

Nice House in the Desert

Very well outfitted, spacious house for people of any age. Great location in Palm Desert with nice pool & spa. There are 2 bedrooms on one side of house & 2 on the other. Very secure in gated community. Patio furniture could use some updating & tv could be easier to use. Overall, great rental and Nicole, the property manager, is terrific!

Holidays in Palm Desert

Had a wonderful stay in PD thanks to this great property and super attentive property manager who worked quickly to solve our TV bugs. The property is identical to the pictures and we loved the southern exposure and sitting by the pool and hot tub even through some of the cooler days as the sun warms up the patio. Great living space. Quiet neighborhood, did not notice Portola road noise. Central location close to golf , hiking restaurants and shopping We will be back!

A nice big house, perfect for entertaining family and friends.

Overall it was good. There were some maintenance issue which the management company took care of without much hassle. Some of the kitchen cookware and utensils were cheap and not fitting for the property, but I believe the management agency took care of that minor issue promptly after our stay was over. We would book the house again. The street is a small circle with a gate to get in or out. The location is central and close to parks, shopping, hiking, etc. It’s a good house, probably very good now assuming the management company took care of the minor issues we had.

Good location with nice yard

I was very happy overall with the house. Good location great yard and quiet. I only had two issues. One suggestion is some kind of light near the BBQ for cooking after dark . The second issue was the tv in the family room. Very hard to turn on even with instructions . Otherwise was great .

Great Summer retreat

We spent 2 weeks of working remotely, with some fun in between. This house is very spacious and with lots of amenities, good size kitchen and garage. The swimming pool and spa are very enjoyable. A nice shade is being cast after 4 PM during our stay, so we could enjoy long late afternoons into the night. Due to the location of this house, we could visit and enjoy several places within the desert cities. The small neighborhood was very safe and peaceful. Some previous reviews noted some street noise from Portola Ave, but I couldn't hear anything. My wife and kids (5 and 11 yrs. old) enjoyed the stay so much that they didn't want to leave :)

Claridge Place

We stayed for 6 weeks in this spacious property in Oct/Nov time. So less of a holiday and more just living the Ca life for a while. Property was of great standard and very clean. A home from home. The management company was brilliant. Very responsive to our needs. The location was ideal for us being half way down the Coachella valley. So easy to go up to PS or down to La Quinta. Also central to access the main arteries of the 111 and the I 10. Bit of traffic noise from Portola but otherwise peaceful and private. Few golfers passing by but far enough away to not disturb us. Golf course gives a lovely outlook from around the pool. Hot tub was good. Only the two of us staying so tons of space. Decor rather “brown” for our taste but very smart and tidy. All in all very recommendable.

November Get Away

The house and property were great. It was mostly just the two of us but we had guest come and go. Whole family for the weekend of Thanksgiving. Plenty of room for everyone. Great kitchen, well appointed, everything you needed available. Outside area was amazing. Shade and sun and the view of the golf course. But golfers never close enough to be an issue. Pool and hot tub very easy to manage with a app on my phone. Cost of heating the pool was also very reasonable. Location was perfect for us. Management was very responsive and helpful. Really had no issues except with the TV. Boris did his best to help but it should not be as complicated as it was. Just get cable. Thanks again for a wonderful month.

Home was very comfortable and NICOLE the property manager is very helpful. Hope to stay again. View from the patio of the mountains and the golf course was beautiful. Home is in a gated small residential community and close to shopping, grocery and restaurants. The tv system took a genius to navigate but we mastered the system after we had some assistance. Probably the best home we have rented so far.

Great trip

I rarely write reviews but in the case I felt it was important to share our experience. Usually- if someone starts off this way-you think ok….this must be bad!! NOT AT ALL- quite the opposite. Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was EXACTLY what we had expected. The description of the house was on point. Everything was super clean. We felt right at home and had every amenity needed. To be honest…even the water pressure was perfect (something I find many times to be lackluster at other rentals). I hope we are able to come out again to the desert as we will request this same house. Thank you.

Great location and very spacious!

I dream about having a great night sleep like I did at the Claridge place. The beds were amazing along with the very comfortable house. My family(2 adults, 2 kids) stayed for four nights and five days and we couldn't have been happier. The location was close to many dining options and the Living Desert, which my kids have been asking to go back to. The house was much bigger than anticipated. The four bedrooms were a nice size, especially the master suite that opened up right to the backyard for some late night swimming. My whole family could have stayed in the master suite! Another great perk at this house was the high tech amenities. The sound system in the living room was deafening! Watching a movie felt like you were in an actual movie theater. It was also nice to have an open floor plan so I could take full range of the kitchen while the kids watched tv. Last but not least--the backyard! The golf course and hills as a backdrop were stunning. It did not matter that the temperature reached 105. We stayed in the pool and was not bothered in the least by the heat. Without a doubt, my family will make it back to this lovely Palm Desert Oasis. We are all looking forward to it

Great vacation and views

In May my wife and I stayed at the property in Palm Desert. It was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the layout of the home with the very comfortable couches and furniture. The sound system was great and we could hear everything even in the pool. The property has great views of the mountains and the golf course at the near by Desert Springs Marriott. We really enjoyed the open kitchen which was great for entertaining. It was stocked with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. All in all the home was clean, secure and comfortable and we can't wait to return in the future!

Relaxing Getaway!

My husband and I rented this home in May for a long weekend. The home is immaculately maintained. Upon entering, the open floorplan was welcoming to the eye. The kitchen is huge and fully stocked. The living room was huge and roomy, with comfy sofas and a big screen TV. Speaker system is awesome. Rooms slept everyone comfortably. We enjoyed a great family style dinner in the formal dining room, which is conveniently adjacent to the kitchen. The entire home was decorated impeccably, with even a room catered towards kids with a daybed. The backyard is a desert oasis with a beautiful sparkly pool, top of the line furniture, and a great barbeque area. We enjoyed early morning coffee lounging on the patio watching golfers on the 18th hole, and sunsets soaking in the spa. The home felt safe, secure, and was very accessible from the highway. Loved that it also was close to the living zoo and other amenities. All in all we loved the home and look forward to it being our rental for future vacations. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for the perfect home away from home.
