The hosts made it incredibly easy. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and quiet. I had 0 issues with instructions provided or even the building itself!

Well the host was good to get abold of. But failed to inform me that the pool not only wouldnt have heat but completely unusable. Disgusting. She told me she has nothing to do with that. But im sorry i would NOT have rented there if i knew. I had a DS son celebrating world DS day and wanted a pool for him. And celebrating my husbands birthday. Biggest disappointment yet! I asked to check out 1 hr later to make up for it, to let my husband whos birthday was today, to sleep in. She said she couldnt do that even after explaining!! I guess i will have to stick to hotels!

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations, especially for your family’s celebration. We would like to clarify a few points for future guests and also because some of your statements are not accurate.The pool was temporarily closed by the building management as it was being prepared for the summer season. This is outside of our control, and the hot tub remained open and available throughout your stay. We also respectfully note that we did communicate regarding your concerns during your stay. While we understand your disappointment, we were unfortunately unable to accommodate a late checkout due to our scheduled cleaning and the arrival of our next guests. We truly value all guest feedback and strive to provide accurate information and excellent service. We wish you and your family all the best.

I’ve worked in hospitality for about six years, and I also have a degree in Human Resources from my home country. Today, I’m fortunate to combine my love for hospitality with my own cleaning and event businesses.

When I’m not working, I love being outdoors, staying active with BodyCombat and yoga, spending time with my kids, or enjoying a good movie night—whether that’s at the cinema or cozy at home. ❤️
