Welcome to our quiet get-away at Sunrise Beach! Hard-surfaced roads to the front door. Our home features a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (1 en suite)w/ queen beds, 3 bathrooms (2 with showers), washer/dryer, central AC and heat. Smart TV’s in the living room and primary bedroom. The living room opens to a large deck with ample seating and adjacent gazebo and BBQ grill. A fun, casual retreat!

Step outside to unwind on the spacious deck, sit by the LP firepit, or fire up the grill or Blackstone in the screened gazebo. Parking is available in front and back.

Restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores and shopping are just a couple of minutes away—everything you need is within reach for a peaceful and memorable stay at the lake.

Please note:
*PETS: Please indicate if you will be bringing a pet, and pay the additional fee when making reservation. No cats allowed due to owners allergies. Backyard is securely fenced. Dogs must be on leash when outside of our fence. Absolutely no dogs over 50 lbs in house. Guests who fail to disclose that their pet(s) will be staying in order to avoid the additional pet fee will result in an additional charge of $200 per pet. *Reservation holder must be 25 and present for the DURATION of the stay.

*NO SMOKING indoors.

The house was really quaint, with all the neccessities you need. We appreciated the WiFi to be able to research places to go in the area. It's in a really quiet neighborhood. We hardly saw or heard anything (outside of dogs barking), but visiting during off-season is a must! The foliage, and the ability to sit outside in the gazebo was so peaceful. You could see the lake from the porch, so I highly suggest having your morning coffee out there. Bedrooms were clean with plenty of space, and having three bathrooms was great! Would come back with our family next time.

I don’t have anything negative to say about my stay! A friend and myself wanted to visit LOTO to ride out motorcycles, but we wanted a garage to store our bikes inside of. Lisa gladly accepted our booking and said we could use the attached garage to store our bikes when we weren’t riding! This is absolutely amazing because most places don’t offer this! Lisa also was great with communication and made sure we had everything we needed prior to check in. The location of the house and the neighborhood was fantastic! It was so peaceful and offered a great view of the lake! I spent every moving of our stay overlooking the water and watching the sunrise which was beautiful! The house was well equipped with everything anyone could need for their stay! It was very cozy and very clean! Thank you Lisa for trusting us with your wonderful home! Last note, it’s very relaxing to sit in the screened in gazebo that’s right off of the deck! I will visit again!

We struck GOLD when we discovered Long Acres. Quiet, clean. Spacious properties, great view of the main channel (and Bear Bottom fireworks!) from the deck.
