▪️ USE coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains.
▪️ USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces.
▪️ Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button underneath or use an Allen wrench in slot underneath to free it up.
▪️ HOA is very strict here; we must adhere to their community rules, or we risk being deplatformed. Thanks for understanding :)
▪️ For Monthly Guests, we have a Utility Cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages.
