A cozy and stylish loft in the heart of San Diego. Located in a beautifully restored 1933 building that once served as a commercial furniture warehouse, this loft offers a warm blend of historic character and modern comfort.

Step outside and you’re directly across from Balboa Park, making it easy to enjoy peaceful walks, museums, and gardens. Petco Park, the Gaslamp Quarter, and the Rady Shell outdoor concert venue are just minutes away. Little Italy is an easy stroll for great food and coffee, and the beaches are a short drive in any direction.

Whether you’re in town for a concert, a game, or a quiet getaway, The Loft is a comfortable place to relax and feel at home while staying close to everything San Diego has to offer.

Other things to note:

The loft comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

For two guests, one bed is typically provided, as most guests share.
For three or four guests, an additional queen bed is available upon request.
Please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival if you’d like the additional bed prepared. A $30 setup fee applies and includes fresh linens and housekeeping preparation prior to check-in.

Beautiful, clean, and organised place, easily accessible. I have OCD, so it was very easy to keep clean and relax with some music and wine. Close to shopping, restaurants, and balboa park. Great place to unwind after spending all day outside. The kitchen was a plus for me, as I enjoy cooking! I definitely plan on staying here again next year!

The location was perfect, and the rental was exactly as described. There were a lot of homeless people around the rental. We also had only a few tiny trash bags and the refrigerator was not cold. Otherwise, a fantastic trip for the marathon!

The property had a smell that was not good, the parking consist of moving your car every 2 hours. It was cold because the owner controlled the air and heat. The only bathroom was downstairs and the light from outside was too bright

Focus- When we checked in with you during your stay, you stated that everything was great and did not raise any of these concerns, nor did we hear a single word from you.... The listing accurately discloses the parking situation, including available parking options and applicable city parking regulations, and this information is provided prior to arrival.Sorry you missed the free parking. The home is equipped with both heating and cooling controls, and instructions for their use are provided within the property. Unfortunately, you did not communicate any issues regarding these items during your stay. The bathroom location, exterior lighting, and overall property layout are also clearly depicted in the listing photos and described in the property description. We encourage all guests to carefully review the listing details before booking to ensure the property meets their specific needs and expectations. We strive to provide an accurate representation of the property and address concerns when they are brought to our attention during a guest's stay.

Cute loft, very clean and within walking distance of CVS, several restaurants, the zoo, and Petco Park. About a 15 minute uber ride to lots of great beaches! I would suggest a sleeping mask if you like it dark to sleep at night because it is bright from the street lights at night. We had a great time!

The location was very close to Balboa Park. The inside of the unit was very clean and well stocked. Communication with the host was easy and efficient. There were some displaced individuals who were living outside, was grateful they had a camera. Definitely didn't feel safe going outside by myself.
