The home was clean and adequate. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The location was on a busier road than I anticipated and at times it was tricky getting out of the driveway. There were a few quirky things within the home with some of the lighting etc. The location was within good distance to attractions. Communication with the host was great.

The stay was perfect for the 6 of us. We were thrilled to have the grill and had the opportunity to grill burgers.We enjoyed walking in the area with sidewalks available. I was a little surprised your property was for sale. I appreciate the notebook there to answer many questions. However, it might have been helpful to note "which color" trash can should go to the street. Perhaps due to the "Christmas" or "New Year" holidays trash was not picked up. We NEVER saw any neighbor's trash cans at the curb. The oven is not really usable as there are no pizza pan, cookie sheet, Corning Ware or Pyrex dishes available in any cupboard.The bags of ice was very appreciated!The remodeling of the kitchen and bathroom is very nice. The windows all need to be replaced, the street noise makes it difficult to enjoy hearing any television programs.Location was great for the Spacecoast complex, as we were there for the National Softball games.Unfortunately, the posted pricing stating "all fees included" but IT WAS NOT. Actually, pricing was different once we "checked out" online.
