Perfection

Very convenient location! Short walk to beach. Very close to local eateries and a short drive to the national chains. (Outback, IHOP, McDonald’s etc). Property was clean, modern, and most important very comfortable beds. Everything was perfect. Would stay again

Great for beach, relaxing, and space centre!

We loved our stay here -- bigger than the photos make it look -- super clean, great kitchen, lovely backyard and the perfect space for us and our three teens to spread out and then come together for movies at night. Quick walk to amazing beach for sun and swimming and well-stocked garage with boogie boards, beach blankets & chairs, sand toys and beach towels. We would come back for sure!

Awesome Place

This was a great place to stay while visiting the Kennedy Space Center. Plenty of room for the five of us and awesome restaurants within walking distance. Vargas had outstanding Cuban and steak sandwiches and Southern Charm has awesome breakfast. We were also five minutes tops walking distance to the beach. The owner had boogie boards, wagon, chairs and sand toys for our use as well as full size beach towels. 🙂

Nice, Quiet Neighborhood; Well-furnished Home

This home is more spacious than it appeared in the photos. It was very clean and well kept. We had everything we needed. The walk to the beach is short, and the location (beach and house) were both quiet. And the pier was less than a 2 mile walk on the beach. We intend to be back.

Great Family Location

This place was larger than we originally thought from VRBO. Our goal was to be close to the beach but far enough to stay away from the beach parties on spring break & to see the Space X Launches. This was a great location for both. We could feel the shaking when a rocket took off— It was Awesome got to see 3 launches. The kids were able to walk to the beach and enjoy the warm sun. The owner was a text away if i had questions. Neighbors were friendly and were also excited about the launches. Great Family Location— Thanks Bryan for your hospitality. V/R,The Weavers

Great home and location

My husband and I are retired and have been going to Florida from Colorado for the last 14 years. This home is one of the best places we have stayed at. The home was clean, beautiful, everything we needed and close to all that we wanted to do. Only 2 blocks from the ocean -- nice. The back yard is great -- private fence -- palm trees and lush plants. We hope to return next year at this great home. We highly recommend this awesome home. Nancy and Dave from Denver, Colorado

Relaxing and private beach

This house worked perfect for our family beach vacay! There were so many towels, pillows and blankets which you don’t always find. Beach towels provided too! The house was clean and basic supplies available so we didn’t have to make an urgent trip to the store. Several things are getting old and might need to be replaced and why I didn’t give all 5 stars. The patio table and beach gear have seen better days. We had to go buy chairs and boogie boards and tubes. Otherwise this was a great vacay and no complaints!

Home Away From Home

My family and I stayed at this wonderful property over the New Year’s weekend. It is a two-story townhouse located just a couple of blocks from the beach. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was included. The kitchen was large and well stocked with spices, condiments and snacks. There were plenty of towels for everyone, extra pillows and blankets and paper goods. Beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed the many board games provided which made for great family time, but my favorite was the large hot tub! It was a great way to relax and have a glass of wine in the very private back porch. We even saw a launch from the upstairs balcony. Spectacular! Hayes was a fantastic host- extremely quick to respond and very friendly. We will definitely be booking this great spot again in the future!

Great location

The townhouse was beautifully decorated and updated. Lots of space and a great hot tub. The stove was a little tough to use (induction)so we filled the propane tank and grilled outside.

Excellent place and host

Bryan was very communicative host; easy check in process. It is very well stocked, clean place and has everything you need. Walking distance to cocoa beach, exploration tower, cruise ship docking and Kennedy space center. Clean amenities; full stocked kitchen with spices, utensils. Clean bedsheets, umbrella, chairs, washer/dryer — you name it. We were very impressed and would love to go again there and will stay here again. Thank you again for being an excellent host.

Great place at Cape Canaveral

We couldn't have had a better place to stay in Cape Canaveral for my family. It's a quick 4 minute walk to the beach, and the property was ideal - everything we needed (beach chairs, etc..), well kept, and clean. It's central to everything we wanted to do, - good restaurants, Kennedy Space Center, gator golf, escape room, ...

Great Family Experience!!

Close to the beach. More room than expected with the extra beds and loft not listed. Our family of 7 fit perfectly. Garage has plenty of beach gear for your use and a wagon. Very convenient and had everything we needed that we couldn't fit on the plane! If your looking for a great place to make memories book this home!!
