This condo is perfectly located downtown, next to restaurants, bars and all the main attractions from Playa del Carmen. In a few walking distance you will reach the beach and also the 5th avenue, where you’ll be able to shop in local boutiques and international brands, make a quick stop for an ice-cream or try the authentic mayan cocoa. The apartment is on the ground floor with a lovely japanese style terrace.

PARKING
You have one parking space in the building, also, there is street parking available at the premises.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Playa del Carmen to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this condo has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
