Everything about this cabin was top notch. The Christmas decor in each room including a beautifully decorated tree and matching stockings on the fireplace were such a surprise! The cabin was immaculate and everything we could have possibly needed was included. The furniture was exceptionally comfortable including the outdoor furnishings. Even special surprises for furry visitors were included. We regularly rent cabins and this one ranks well at the top. The communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. Though we ended up cutting our stay short due to an unforseen issue, we would love to visit again. Absolutely one of the best we have seen with a stunning view.

We had a wonderful time here! The view of Wears Valley below was stunning.I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of small accommodations that Elizabeth supplied for the cabin, such as bag clips for chips, a small basket of toys for children in the cubby upstairs, pet dishes and a bed, and an assortment of tea by the Keurig machine. The hot tub was amazing, clean, and extremely toasty. My fiancé loved that he could actually stand comfortably in both showers with plenty of room to move around in, and that's for someone with very broad shoulders, so we were glad that the listing photo was accurate. And the porch swing can comfortably sit three adults!The drive up to the cabin itself is steep and the curves are very tight, as well as on the way down (so take it slowly!), but definitely doable when/if you arrive back there super late at night like we kept doing on our first night and then after a day out. It also didn't take long to get to a store or any attractions from there. Elizabeth was very prompt and extremely responsive whenever I messaged her. She reassured me that while vaping isn't allowed in the cabin, outside was fine, and I even found an ash receptacle on the back porch, although none of us smoked cigarettes.I would definitely look into booking this cabin again in the future!

Amazing! The view was breathtaking. Anything we needed had been anticipated and provided. The property was clean and tastefully decorated for Christmas. Description was as described including heads up on narrow road alert, etc. Communicaton with our hostess, Elizabeth, could not have been better. Best of all I received kudos for choosing this most amazing property. Win!!!

We fell in love with this part of the Great Smoky Mountains for its unmatched views and peaceful setting. From the cabin, we can watch the light shift across the ridges throughout the day — it’s endlessly beautiful and never the same twice.

We love being close enough to everything yet far enough to truly unwind. Pigeon Forge (7 miles) and Gatlinburg (16 miles) are just a short, scenic drive away when we want dining, attractions, or shopping. And when we’re in the mood for something quieter, we head the other direction to Townsend (7 miles) and the “quiet side of the Smokies,” where nature trails, rivers, and local charm make it easy to slow down and breathe.

It’s the perfect balance — close to everything, yet peaceful enough to feel like your own mountaintop hideaway.
