Graduation Family Trip

Overall, we had a successful trip with family and friends that traveled to celebrate our daughter's college graduation. The house was very clean and the perfect size for our group of 16. Everyone enjoyed the spacious rooms and definitely the pool.

As expected!! Will stay again:)

The property was great - the parking was good for the number of guests we had with rental cars, the house was very spacious so that everyone had enough space. The one thing that bothered me was while we were outside at night sitting around the pool, a guy walked from the side gate into the backyard and told us to quiet down. I won’t disagree that we may have been a little loud, but I didn’t expect a man at 12-1am in the morning to walk into the backyard. Thank god there were other men out there with us because it was a bit scary for everyone overall. The property owner did send me a text asking us to quiet down but I didn’t expect for a guy to walk into the backyard without my permission. He could have easily knocked on the door. Other than that small incident the property was nice, great area, lovely decor and awesome kitchen! I’d definitely stay again with a large group!!!

Girls weekend

This is a beautiful spacious well maintained property with lots of space for everyone! The pictures don’t lie! It was super clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee, tea, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely rent this property again. My only suggestion would be more towels and wash cloths.

Great family vacation spot

Our group of 17 was very comfortable in this home. Kids and adults had a great time. The only negative is that the pool is not heated, but that didn’t stop most from swimming.

Excellent house and enjoyable stay

Really enjoyed this beautiful home. It was perfect for a group of friends looking for a weekend getaway. Plenty of space and the pool is perfect for a hot south Florida day.

HGTV on Steroids

So.... Where do I start? 4 days in this luxurious home made me feel like I needed to reconsider my life choices. The pictures do no justice to the work, time and design that went into this home. Each room was well appointed. All appliances were top of the line and internet connected. The pool and outdoor space were large and private. I had a group of 18 people and we had more than enough space. There was ample parking and more than enough bathrooms. The property manager Kelly was super. She stayed in contact leading up to my stay. She checked on me and my family and even provided some tips on the surrounding area activities for the kids. They stayed in the pool most of the time. I stayed in the soaker tub most of the time. :) This home is a perfectly tucked away "GEM" in Emerald hills. There is easy access to the expressway, grocery stores and the gym. Sadly enough we never left as everything we could need was provided within the walls of this amazing property.

Fabulous family vacation home

If you are looking for a great home for a family vacation in southern Florida look no further. This home has everything you desire. Set in a quiet family neighborhood it is 20 minutes to the Hollywood boardwalk and beach 15 minutes to great family activiies like water parks deep sea fishing, playgrounds etc. close to shopping and restaurants. The outside of the house hides a great fully appointed kitchen and family room., master bedroom suite many other bedrooms, but the highlight of the house is the outdoor deck with plenty of places to sit or lie and relax while your kid play in pool. By the way the pool comes wit a net enclosure so no worries about the little ones. It has a great BBQ also. Eli does a great job of handling any concerns or problems. She returned our texts or phone calls immediately. RENT this house, you will not regret.

Beautiful home

We celebrated Thanksgiving at this gorgeous home which easily accommodated ten adults and four children, all under the age of six. The house is perfect for hosting large groups, with a beautiful, well equipped open kitchen adjacent to family, living and dining rooms. Lots of room for a large group and lots of nooks to hide away for a little down time as well. Highly recommend.
