Welcome to the Garden Home!
Our property features a Japanese-inspired garden with a koi pond, waterfall, and winding brick pathways designed to create a peaceful retreat.

The landscape is intentionally lush and natural. Rather than using herbicides or maintaining a highly manicured garden, we encourage groundcovers and other plants to grow in harmony with the surrounding trees and pond, creating a tranquil woodland atmosphere inspired by traditional Japanese gardens.

The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.

We are conveniently located just blocks from College Hill Coffee, Southwestern College, William Newton Hospital, and the Winfield Public Library.

One of the most special features is the serene, garden-like outdoor space. With lush greenery, a peaceful water feature, and a striking red bridge, it offers a tranquil retreat that feels worlds away—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

As an older home, it carries the gentle imperfections of its age, but it is well cared for and deeply inviting. If you appreciate spaces with personality, history, and a sense of calm, this home offers a truly memorable stay.
