We found this property to be well stocked, clean and very comfortable. Each of the bedrooms had storage to be able to put our clothes away. The location is ideal to walk to the square in Sonoma. The washer and dryer allowed us to pack a bit lighter. There was a parking area for the unit. This made it very easy and convenient. The outdoor area was a nice bonus. We enjoyed the pool and the fire pit. We will plan to stay here again. The hosts were responsive with our questions. A great find.

We had such a wonderful stay here. The place was very private, spotless, and an easy walk to town, which made everything so convenient. Parking was simple and stress free, and the whole experience from check in to check out was incredibly smooth. The home itself was comfortable and thoughtfully set up. We even loved the unique clock in the kitchen so much that we are planning to buy one for ourselves. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sonoma.

Wonderful property! Close to town. Clean and beautifully detailed. Everything one could want. We especially loved enjoying the outdoor space. And the fireplace in the chilly mornings made me feel like I was home. I hope to come back and enjoy the house again.

Lux on First trip with Chef dinner

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did enjoy our stay at Lux on First. The home is lovely and well equipped. The location to enjoy the downtown area is great. We did not use the pool as it was cold, since we were there after the "heating" date ended. We did notice a couple of things. The back bedroom and front bedroom temperatures are very different. A/C is cold in the back, and shutting it off causes the front bedroom to be hot. Although we were told the bedding was all synthetic, by husband who is allergic to feathers and cats, did have a difficult time in the back bedroom.

Outstanding home with great attention to detail. Felt like a Cape Cod type beach house! Outstanding location - easy to walk to the Plaza and enjoy what it has to offer. Great communication and information left in the home. The parking for the home is amazing too!

Loved our stay

We had a lovely time at Lux on First. The property was immaculate and it was perfect for our family of four. We have two young boys who loved the pool and the out door area. There is plenty of room to lounge outside or to hang out into the dining area or kitchen. The location is unbeatable; a short walk to all the restaurants, the markets and some tasting rooms. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a convenient well-kept home in the heart of town.

Great location

We were extremely happy with this home. The location was convenient to downtown Sonoma and short drive to all of the vineyards we visited. The house itself was so charming! We loved the kitchen so much that we cancelled dinner reservations so that we could cook and enjoy more time at the house. We loved the fact that there were 2 king sized beds. And, we enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace each morning as we enjoyed our coffee and munching on apples that we picked from the tree in the backyard. We will definitely request to stay at this property our next visit to Napa Valley!

Amazing!

We feel in love with this property immediately! Even better than the pictures show on the VRBO listing! Location perfect!! Backyard is amazing! We didn’t use the beautiful pool but throughly enjoyed coffee in the mornings and great wine in the evenings on the back patio and the fire pit was also a bonus! The property itself perfect! So well taken care of. We honestly struggled with just staying on the property or going to a wine tasting.. I would highly recommend this property - it was one of the highlights of our trip coming home to a beautiful property to hang out and share wine and great conversation!

Lux on First - Sonoman Elegance

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is rare that a vacation rental delivers an in-person experience that proves to be even better than the advertising photographs lead you to believe. Lux delivers that from the moment you pull into the drive. Incredible location wrapped up with a lovingly decorated, lavishly furnished, impeccably restored Craftsman-syle home. Absolutely nothing lacking for our party of 4. I'd recommend this management company to anyone.

Great House

This home was as advertised and very clean. This was the cleanest rental we have stayed in and beautifully decorated. I would suggest a keypad for the front door, this is our first rental that we had to keep track of a key and it was a bit of a hassle especially only having one. Also, we didn't use the pool due to the weather being a bit chilly when we were there but the pool looked a bit unkept. We knew the pool wasn't heated so we were fine with not being able to use it due to weather.

Thank you, Margaret! We are looking into the keyless entry and appreciate the feedback. The pool is cleaned weekly and it seems there was some miscommunication as the pool was heated, the pool is heated Memorial Day through Labor Day. We look forward to hosting you again!

A Wonderful Home

The home was EXACTLY as advertised. If you appreciate the pictures and description of the property, you will not be disappointed. I would absolutely stay at this property again, and/or rent from this property owner/manager, without reservation. The property was beautiful and very well-kept. It is centrally located and very peaceful. The property and home was very clean and well-stocked which made our stay very enjoyable. Everything in the home and yard worked.Communication with the property managers was excellent. They were always available and never intrusive. Any questions that arose were addressed promptly and completely, and they even helped coordinate flower delivery for my wife ahead of our arrival. We TRULY enjoyed our stay.
