Island Activities: swim with manta rays, whale watching, fishing, black beaches, coffee plantations, surfing, boogie boarding, snorkel trips by catamaran or higher speed raft, hiking, Volcano National Park, South Point & the Lava Tube, Trip to Hilo to see waterfalls, Chocolate Tours & Tasting, and much more.

Annual Event: Kona is Home to the Annual Ironman world championships. From our lanai you can see the Ironman swimmers swim in the ocean right in front of you. You can watch the long-distance canoe races! (Ironman is usually within the first two weeks of October. Rates are higher during that time. Elevator available, then only 5 steps down to our 3rd floor condo.

Owners are experienced vacation rental hosts and own The Seashore Oasis (unit D36 at Kona Reef Resort, another gorgeous one-bedroom condo decorated in a sunset and volcano theme.) The owners also own The Seashore Hideaway, unit 208 at Wailua Bay View, which is located on the Hawaiian island of Kauai. These properties can also be found on VRBO if guests wish to further research the hosts or see reviews on the hosts other two properties.

Hawaii law prohibits smoking and vaping in hotels and condos. As such, The Seashore Escape is located in a non-smoking/non-vaping condo complex. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the condo property, except in the designated smoking area located in the parking lot.
