One of the better properties we’ve stayed in on the island. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Back patio is literally steps from the ocean.

Lovely stay

Well decorated, very comfy beds - including the hide-a-bed, sharp knives in the kitchen, clean, comfortable, parking included. Great location - can walk to town and half way between exploring north or south island.

Incredible ocean front lanai 30 steps to a turtle cove.

Great property and location

25ft from the ocean, 75ft from the beach, 10ft from the pool, and .03 mile walk to shopping and restaurants. Condo had all the amenities needed. Beautiful sunsets every night!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Awesome condo

My husband and I stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary and absolutely loved this condo! The ocean view is amazing and literally right outside the lanai. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Great condo, we will be back.

Perfect location, perfect unit!!

We absolutely loved this vrbo!! We had such great access to the waterfront, grassy area and pool. Kona Reef is the perfect distance to where all the shops and restaurants are. Lisa was communicating with us from the beginning of our trip til the end! Maholo Lisa!!

Great sunsets

We had nine very relaxing and enjoyable days here. The pictures are accurate and the view and location are excellent. The kitchen is well equipped, which was important as we cooked almost all of our meals - including all dinners.

Perfect spot on the ocean in town.

This ground floor ocean front unit was perfect for my husband and me. The sunsets were amazing, the condo had everything we needed, we could walk to restaurants, and we had great communication with our host.

Kona Delight

Great corner first floor unit, light and airy, with a short walk right down to tide pools. The pool, spa and bar-b-que was conveniently next to us. Very close to restaurants and shops. When we come back, we will definitely stay here again!

Excellent Place to Stay

This unit is really beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. We stayed a week. It has close proximity to so many wonderful restaurants and activities, all within walking distance.We loved eating our breakfast on the patio each morning and watching the surfers. Sunsets are amazing. The hosts were great at answering any of my questions. We will stay here again the next time we visit Kona!

Just perfect

I can’t imagine a more perfect place to enjoy a Hawaiian paradise! The care and thoughtfulness that went into every detail to make our vacation delightfully memorable were very obvious from the welcome basket to the front row view of the surfers from the patio!

Amazing ocean views!

Loved loved Kona! So glad I found your rental and we decided to start our trip here. The apartment it great has everything you need and more. The ocean at your doorstep is quite unforgettable and we loved having a local beer watching the sunset from here. The town is only minutes away and walking to food, bars etc. is soo easy. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful Kona Condo!

Beautiful condo. Had everything we needed. Was exactly as described. Fantastic views. Perfect location for walks into town. Nice pool, grounds and parking. This VRBO condo is amazing

We had an incredible week in Kona and loved the location convenience of this condo. The owner/host is very responsive to text and emails and shared lots of great tips and answered all our questions. The condo is clean, well furnished, kitchen is stocked with everything you might need (minus food) and there are 2 bathrooms *bonus* The view cannot be beat and immediate access to water from the walk out lanai is the best!

Location, View & Comfort!

The location of this property was ideal for us. Located directly on the ocean in a very quiet area, it’s also just a quick direct walk to all the amenities downtown has to offer. Many days we just walked everywhere. I really recommend this place for the views. Every morning and night we were on the lanai for hours watching and listening to the waves. The condo was very comfortable with a/c, comfortable furniture and everything you’d need to have a great stay.
