The location of the townhome was great. Our family appreciated the host’s generosity in sharing toys with our children. However, the space was not cleaned well before our arrival and had a significant number of very personal items out in the living room/kitchen area. We alerted the host to the poor work of the cleaners and were assured it would be addressed for the next customer. Both the garage and the driveway were occupied during our stay and we needed to use the general parking (sometimes the spaces nearby were free, sometimes not). Our host was out of the country and there was no backup plan for gaining initial access to the property or for our departure. Luckily the neighbor was able to let us in when we arrived and we were able to secure the property when we needed to check out. When we booked the townhome our host informed us the balcony would be off limits as the whole complex was undergoing repairs and repainting. We appreciated the upfront nature of the communication. However, we did not expect all the balcony furniture and grill to be in the main living space. Although the location was great, we will not be staying here again.
