Easy walk to both Seabright beach and the Boardwalk. Plenty of space for a family of 6. Would stay here again.

Great Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful time in Santa Cruz! The location of the rental was perfect. Close to downtown, Capitola, the Boardwalk and best of all, the beach!

Even walking to downtown was an easy 25 minute walk along an easy walking path that overlooked a canal. Could not ask for a better location. The house, as mentioned in previous comments, could do with some updating, but did not affect the stay in the least. Kitchen was fully equipped, and there was plenty of room for four adults and two children! Could not be happier with the stay!

Steps from the beach

House is in a great location just half a block from the beach on a quiet street. Host was helpful in answering questions. Very sweet little natural history museum right around the corner. Would recommend for families with children!

Daughter’s Wedding in Santa Cruz

We came for my Daughter’s Wedding in town. Since she was the Bride I gave her the Master bedroom. The AirrBnB was clean and well supplied. Loved the big kitchen and the quaint back patio. Lovely place to stay!

Needs deep cleaning & repair

Location fantastic. House is generally good. Large, great for a family stay. Very, very, very much in need of a thorough cleaning: door knobs, area around corners light switches, walls all very dirty. Truly with a bit of maintenance, solid, extensive deep cleaning would be an outstanding house.

Needs basic maintenance (not just updating)

I had read the place needed updating which I could see in the pictures, but it actually needs a lot of maintenance: dirty carpet, walls, leaking sink and dishwasher (lots of puddles and warped floor), garbage disposal not working, light bulbs out or missing in bedrooms, bath, living area. We had a linen glitch but it was resolved, albeit slowly, though it was the holidays. Location good, parking good for the area. Door lock/knob doesn't work well which they should describe in emails so you don't have to call to figure it out when you arrive.

The house was in a great location, clean, cozy well stocked with adequate parking on site and on the street. Easy beach access. The front door was extremely difficult to lock and unlock. There was a small hole, with an outlet/plug, on the floor in the Living room which caused pain to one of the guests when they stood on it. Seems it should be covered somehow.

Perfect respite

This was the perfect respite for a summer break. The location cant be beat and the townhouse has all of the necessities for a great stay! The house does want for a little updating, but that is not important to me in the long run.

The main bathroom upstairs, the tub drained so slowly that it filled with water while showering.Also, you need to watch your head when flushing the master bathroom toilet. I hit my head on the cabinet above the toilet several times. The house was nice. I liked the sectional couch. It was well stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen. The only thing we couldn't find was a strainer/colander. The master bedroom door doesn't close because the knob and hole in door frame don't line up. And none of the bedrooms or bathrooms had locks on the doors. The house is in a nice location. I felt completely safe.

Great location. Close to everything but not crowded or noisy

Yes the home is older, but nice. We had six people and had plenty of room. The Santa Cruz Boardwalk is a five minute walk. The beach is close and the sunsets are outstanding. Would love to return again soon.
