Cozy quiet studio space walking distance from Rockefeller Center & Times Square

Your cozy holiday getaway awaits in central New York. Located on the top floor of an old-school walk-up (two flights of stairs in a small building), it has all the essential amenities you need like an iron, hair dryer, AC, WiFi, and heating. It's facing a quiet and green backyard with plenty of sunlight. The full-size bed is tucked away in an alcove. The studio space is spacious for NYC, has roomy closets, and features a unique slanted ceiling. It's a comfortable option for longer stays (ask if you need an extension - possible until late spring.)

Please note you have to climb two flight of stairs and there are pets and flowers in the building in case of allergies. It's part of a larger apartment but fully private. Everything you see in the pictures is yours only. Private entrance, private bathroom, and a private kitchen area.

The studio space will be available starting mid-December. Open to female travelers or couples. Looking forward to hosting your stay!
