Enclosed Community Pool & Hot Tub:) Newly finished Beach Themed Basement!

Enjoy our beautiful vacation house. Fully furnished with loads of thoughtful details. Perfect for families with kids or for groups/individuals looking for a relaxing get away. We just finished the basement with a fun Beach themed children's area. It is complete with a "surf shack" playhouse and a Jeep that doubles as a drive-in theater and book nook! While the Jeep is only for the kids, adults can use it as a fun photo backdrop! The basement also offers plenty for adults including a vintage Golden Tee arcade and a Legends Ultimate Arcade machine along with tv area over a fireplace perfect for watching movies or sports! Close to everything: beaches, downtown shopping, wonderful restaurants, award winning golf courses, pick your own orchards, beautiful wineries and much more. Visit us year round - from snowy woods to sandy beaches - the Northern Anchor has something for everyone! We hope to host you soon!

The space-
Our home has been furnished with our guests in mind. There are dozens of amenities for children, so pack lightly if you are bringing the kids. (We have a pack and play, Bumbo, stroller, high chair, swim toys, beach toys, arcade machine, books, toys, toddler spoons, plastic dishes, and much more.) Not bringing kids? We've also made our space into a relaxing get away for adults. Our wi-fi speed is high, the mattresses are top-notch, and the kitchen is fully stocked.

Guest access -
Our guests have access to our entire home. There are two locked storage cabinets in the basement storage room where we keep personal items.

There is a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior front door for security purposes only.

Other things to note...
We'll email you a packet of info that lets you plan your trip. South Haven and the surrounding towns have so much to offer. There are beautiful, sandy beaches, a wonderful downtown filled with fun shops and restaurants, blueberry orchards, and more!

We had the most amazing stay! My college roommate and I had a fun mom-getaway for the weekend at the Northern Anchor! The home was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located! The decor is absolutely perfect… bringing the beach town vibe inside! We enjoyed a cozy bonfire on the back patio after a perfect day of beach combing and shop-hopping around South Haven! While we couldn’t wait to get out and about to explore the lovely town of SoHa, we didn’t want to leave the comfort of the home… the coffee bar was the perfect way to start our day with cozy chats and coffee! The amenities th neighborhood has to offer were off the charts! You can even swim in the winter thanks to the indoor pool! I cannot wait to come back this summer with my husband and kiddos to enjoy the summer vibes of the home, pools, town, and beach! We are even considering coming back this winter as a little getaway to swim and walk the cozy shops at Christmas time! The property manager was super friendly and easy and to contact with questions about the area! Totally recommend this place and cannot wait to come back!

We are from Southwest Michigan. We live about an hour from the lakeshore but love lake life! We enjoy traveling, beach days, boating, and even the winter fun that Michigan offers!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose this neighborhood because of the community swimming pools, especially the year round, heated, enclosed pool near the house. We also love the convenience of being able to rent a boat or a golf cart right down at the connected marina. We look forward to using the house for winter getaways with ice skating in town and skiing and tubing nearby. We also look forward to Lake Michigan beach days in the summer time:)

Our property is set up well for families! The beach themed basement is an entertainment area that gives families more room to spread out while also making great memories! The kitchen is well stocked and there are games for kids and adults. There is a nice back patio with a wooded view and a propane fire table. It is a short walk to the enclosed pool and about a 15 minute walk to Lake Michigan.
